MY HAIR IS DESTROYED and I was intentionally charged in full for the complimentary service to…read moreremedy it. Maria, the owner, blatantly lied and took advantage of me and the salons "color specialists" completely destroyed my hair. After receiving my haircolor service I was extremely disappointed with the result & reached out to my hair stylist, Olivia, to voice my concerns and she said it was an easy fix, but it wasn't as her attempt made matters worse. Maria said she just wanted me to be happy and offered a consultation with a senior stylist, Alexa, in addition to providing a complimentary at-home hair care product to help with the damage. I initially requested a refund, but Maria stated that due to the time that had elapsed a refund wasn't optional. To be clear, this timeline was created by the salon as I reached out immediately and my boyfriend's mother had to reach back out to Maria about 5 days after leaving a detailed message with no call back. I went to the consultation with Alexa. After 15 min. Alexa was ready and we discussed and agreed on a plan for a complimentary partial lowlight to add dimension back into my hair. She stated I would need to pay for the highlight portion on my roots because too much time had passed. I scheduled the complimentary lowlight and held off on the root highlight touch up, to allow my damaged hair to grow out. At no point had anyone taken responsibility or apologized. Before I left I mentioned that the owner was going to leave a product for me to help with the damage, so the senior stylist showed me a specific product and explained how beneficial it would be for my hair. She said she'd be right back, then came back with 2 trial size mousse products, that were most likely freebies with their order, and were completely different from what she had recommended. She said she didn't have any of that product in the back to give to me, but I could purchase it if I wanted to. The stylist I was scheduled to see for the complimentary lowlight was pregnant and ended up having her baby. Without my consent or knowledge, I was scheduled to see Olivia, the hair stylist who caused the damage to my hair. I was made aware of this when I called to confirm my date and time and this is when they stated the date/time with Olivia. I expressed my concerns and stated I wasn't comfortable seeing Oliva, so they placed me with a different stylist. After many months had passed (approx 4 months) the appointment finally took place, there was zero sense of urgency on the salon's end to rectify the situation. At my color correction appointment, and before the stylist began, I confirmed if what she was doing on my hair that day was included in the complimentary service that was discussed, to which she replied back with, "yeah yeah". At check out I was charged the full amount for the service plus the product I was buying, so a total of $145. When I questioned the charge and asked for the breakdown the person checking me out yelled over to the stylist who did my hair asking what she did on me, to which she stated, "a partial lowlight". I reminded the person who was checking me out that the service was complementary, then she stated that the amount would be taken off the cost of the product I purchased, the $15 shampoo bringing the charge down to $130. I was so mortified I just paid and left. My hair was left looking the same and was now even more compromised from the incompetent & amateurish "Color Specialists". The shady behavior by the owner is beyond disgusting, unprofessional and completely childish. I am now being seen at a salon with extremely experienced stylists, who were all mortified over my experience and the extensive damage to my hair. Hard lesson learned, but I'm at least in the best hands now and on my hair repair journey.

ATROCIOUS & EGREGIOUS BEHAVIOR BY 322 SALON OWNER Nothing in…read morethe beauty industry is a perfect science, it can be anticipated that an undesired outcome will happen, so how a business reacts and handles such a situation is a vital component, which Salon 322 failed miserably at. I was directly involved with assisting my son's girlfriend, who is like a daughter to me, in addressing severe damage to her hair caused by a Salon 322 "color specialist". I have over 10 years of Operational Management experience within this particular industry, which includes various sub-segments such as hair, nails, massage therapy, and basic & medical aesthetics. After expressing my concerns, Maria offered a complementary consultation to meet with a senior stylist, who come to find out after the fact was the same stylist who advised Olivia during the appointment that severely damaged her hair. After 4 months had passed she finally had her complimentary low light service and was charged in full. Timeline: March 2nd, first appointment with Olivia Rising, went from brunette to icy blonde in one session; July 12th, second appointment with Olivia Rising, left very disappointed, hair was extremely dry and broken, color was a strawberry blonde with some bluish cool pieces, $160; August 2nd, first correction appointment with Olivia Rising, color became more brassy strawberry blonde and the texture was still hay-like, no charge; Later in August, had the consultation with Alexa, senior stylist/manager, who stated she would do a partial lowlight at no cost to add dimension back into her hair per the owners direction; November 9th, "complementary" appointment to attempt to break up the color with a partial low light, charged in full for the "complementary" service at $130. When I called the salon for clarification I was told the price was taken off of the $15 shampoo that was purchased. I reminded the person that I was speaking with that this was agreed to be a complimentary service as part of the color correction. Maria then took my call and restated that she took the cost off of the product. After I pointed out that a $15 product was not comparable to the cost of a lowlight service, she then proceeded to yell in an eradicative and unprofessional manner. Specifically, she screamed, "You know what, her hair looked beautiful when she left. We've talked about this so many times. You're no longer allowed in my salon!" then hung up. To be clear, this was only my 2nd time speaking to Marie & her hair did not look beautiful, it was horrendous, looking and feeling the same. You and your "color specialists" lack the necessary skill set and knowledge on how to safely process color when attempting to elevate a brunette to blonde. Hard lesson learned, now we know. To Maria: You should be ashamed of your behavior and actions. I realize your focus was more concentrated on your new Medspa you recently opened, in fact your grand opening was the very next night, however as a business owner you still have a certain level of responsibility and due diligence to your salon clients. Your manager, who we directly dealt with, lacks appropriate basic management skills as she had to continually check in with you. You blatantly lied and were deceitful to a child, and for what... $130? I wish you the very best of luck with your new establishment, because based on our experience at your salon it seems that you'll need it. If you and your salon staff struggled to efficiently handle a color correction issue, I can't even imagine how you and your inexperienced Medspa staff will handle medical complications. I understand you are a mother as well, so I ask you, is this how you'd want your child treated one day? I will give the benefit of the doubt and assume you're a much better mother than a business owner/manager. That said, I would strongly urge you to do some reflecting and make improvements to your business ethics and overall moral.

They administered fillers to my face, but I was not satisfied with the results. One side of my face appeared overfilled, while the other side looked flat. When I tried to discuss this with the owner, she dismissed my concerns and said she did not see anything wrong. However, it was quite evident to me that my face was uneven. Unfortunately, she was unwilling to address or correct the problem caused by the injector. This was very upsetting for me, and because of this, I cannot recommend Blush Med Spa to others.

My before-and-after photos, taken day before treatment and nine weeks later, show the flatness in my cheeks remains and my nasolabial folds are unchanged. From day one, I voiced my dissatisfaction and was told to "wait it out," and when nothing improved, the owner only offered a discounted rate instead of correcting the results. I even consulted with an injector at a medspa I previously worked at, who said it appeared the area hadn't been properly treated, possibly to encourage me to spend more money. I wasn't looking for a refund, just proper results. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed and would not recommend Blush MedSpa.
