I can only imagine how chaotic it must have been, but everything was setup on time and came out beautiful! The theme was like XLB on CNY, and Janice ran with the idea and brought it to life. We loved the addition of the fans and flowers! There were also some lanterns that they were able to attach onto the walls that added to the theme, but we forgot to take pictures of them. I messaged Gisella who responded promptly and followed up on my questions. We ordered 2 LED robot dancers and paid a deposit and the final payment was due electronically at the end of the performance. The dancers came in on their stilts and were energetic and engaged the kids, teens, and adults. They took photos with our guest's phones. They played limbo, led a conga line, dance battle. In addition, they provided LED glow sticks to our guests. It was an epic time, and my daughter felt that this surprise truly took her quince party to the next level. We planned a majority of our event in the outdoors area, somehow neglecting the fact that it would eventually become night time. We were freezing until the people attending the venue rolled out the heat lamps, that we later found out is supposed to be an additional charge. I asked the guy setting them up why they were being so hospitable, to which he said he just thought we were nice people! All in all I appreciate the venue and the people in charge of it for their genuine help in making our experience as comfortable and enjoyable it could be!
