The staff is friendly but the quality of service is poor. They are okay with dark colored clothing but they ruin light colors and whites. This place ruined 3 dresses white, tan, and black and white stripes. I am not sure what kind of fluid they are using for dry cleaning but it leaves brown water stains on the clothes that will not come out. They tried cleaning the items again to correct it but it only made it worse. I was reimbursed for one of my items. They are over priced and refuse to provide a price list. They said, "we haven't gotten around to making a list yet ". They've been in business since the end of Covid. Someone can write the prices down on a sheet of paper and hang it. I believe when you're charging different prices for different services and different articles of clothing, the customer should be able to see a price list. Be transparent. read more

I googled a cleaners and Kodiak popped up within radius of my house and had great reviews. Being new to the city, I used Waze and found it with ease. Pulling up the pictures on their yelp matched and I thought it was really cute. Entering, it is a nice sized cleaners, bigger than the one I used in California (my whole life). It was clean and organized. I was greeted by a young man who was really nice. I informed him I was a new customer and he provided me with a 5% discount for being new. I had 28 pieces that I brought and the totals with the monthly special was around $99. I had jackets, shirt a, pants (which he notes the ones that had the belts with them) The clothes came back perfect! They are my go too even though they are on the other side of town. read more

I think Kodiak is okay to an extent. I've known this place before it was even Kodiak and it was still 2.49 for a single garment. I got all my garments at a "so-so" priced however upon receiving my finished articles, they certainly had a bad smell which was lingering wherever I went. To my knowledge dry cleaning fluid for the most part is odorless. read more

Dropped off a few shirts, a couple of sweaters, and a jacket in order try this place out as it's super convenient for me. The only things that came back unwrinkled were the jacket and sweaters. Two of the sweaters came back on hangers with stretch marks in the shoulders, the other two folded. The shirts came back collars crushed, wrinkled. Won't be coming back. It's great to have a dry cleaning company back in the neighborhood, but the best part is the quality of service provided by Kodiak. I tried them out for the first time a little over a month ago, and I was amazed at their attention to detail, and their check-in, where they want to make sure your clothes are handled how wanted. The added fact that they are open late into the evening and on weekends makes them even more ideal. I have now gone to them at least every other week with items, and each time I am more and more impressed with the outcome. It's been nice having a dry cleaner back in the community after so many months since the other owner had to close. We have tried other dry cleaners in the area, but they were either too expensive or they didn't do a good job of cleaning our clothe's, or we had to drive all II far. Some may Kodiak Cleaners is too expensive, but compared to a lot of other dry cleaners, they're in the same ball park. And they're conveniently close! Some may not think that's important, but we'll pay a little extra just for that. The service and attention to detail with our clothes has been nothing but flawless.
