Requests for meetings, communication, and financial statements are ignored or delayed. Most concerning is their interference in board elections. After we were forced to petition for a board meeting, management began knocking on doors, making calls, bad-mouthing candidates, and pressuring shareholders to sign proxies for a silent board that does not challenge or hold them accountable. Under Chris Chiappa (President) and Glenn Capobianco (Vice President), this management has shown they are not fit for this level of management.
