I clarified some items with him and he raised the price for the ceiling popcorn removal and skim coat on the walls to $6200 from $3200. He hired another company called Supreme Drywall who came in and basically destroyed my house. They did not prep or protect any of my belongings and they did not do a good job skim coating the walls. Mr Larkins was told to clean up all the mess before he started painting and instead he just painted over all the splotches of compound that were stuck on my brand new wood molding along my new wood floors. Splotches of compound were all over my windows, appliances, cabinets, front porch-everywhere. Mr Larkins attempted to have me pay in full for this shabby work, but I asked him to complete the job properly before I gave him his final payment. He returned and half heartedly cleaned up some of the mess. When I reviewed his work again he became insolent and denied there a was problem with anything in spite of showing him all the work still needing to be done properly. He said he would return and never did. Unfortunately, I did not do an investigation prior to hiring him and relied on google reviews. BIG MISTAKE!! He is unlicensed and his brother was arrested for this last year. I will be filing a complaint with the Pinellas County Consumer Protection agency against him and Supreme Drywall. Interior Painting Removing popcorn, apply skimcoat, Prime +Paint and sand ceilings throughout the house Paint crown molding and baseboards throughout the house Skimcoat walls in master bedroom, living room and dining Complete paint through out the house Interior Quote Painting $3465 Popcorn removal, skimcoat, texture $3200 Work Standard All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Once we picked up the round glass pieces & put them on the tables....we realized the glass pieces were 1/4 inch too wide. We called & were told to bring them back. We did that & were told the measurements were 4/8 off. They could redo them for another $75. Shame on them. All they needed to do was make them a half inch smaller. As the person I spoke with said when I called....they can't make something bigger...but they can make it smaller to fit your tables. I know it doesn't affect their business...but, that is obviously the last time we will ever go to AA.

Once again I'm up against trying to get anyone at AA glass to communicate with me. I've been reaching out to them for 2 weeks with complete silence. I'm so disappointed. I wish we would have chosen a different glass company. If you are looking for glass work, look elsewhere!
