The equipment in the gym is plentiful, although I never did find kettle bells, even though I was told they were there somewhere. Childcare is cool. They have a big play structure in the room that my boys loved. I would give this gym a higher rating if they had a way for me to connect to the audio on the TVs rather than resorting to closed captioning. I guess I'm spoiled at my home gym.

Tina and her staff are highly skilled. The equipment here is up to date. The studio is always clean. Since no one body is the same, Tina is observant and quick to offer modifications for each exercise that allows each individual to maximize their functionality of pain free movement.
