I have been in contact with them to try and obtain information for the original listing company of what was advertised as a lab grown diamond which when tested after received, turned out to not be a real lab grown diamond. Pristine auction refused to acknowledge the issue and rather than allow me to go direct with the seller, said they would not be able to look into the issue with it loads of documentation from outside sources. Mind you, none of the jewelry stores had the "diamond" tested at were able to provide a print out but did show me what the makeup of the stone was. I would hope this isn't the case with everything they list to cover up legitimacy but I'm starting to question both how to conduct business as well as how real their products and autographs are. read more

Do Not and I Repeat. DO NOT BUY MYSTERY BOXES OF ANY KIND From This Company. I bought two of these packages mystery packs from one of their 15 second live auction because they said most of the cards would be worth near to $150 to $20,000 cards. I won two of them in the auction which cost me over $400. Which they were $200 each. They even said in the live video that getting these for $200 is a steal and they only make 600 of these packages. So I decided to try my luck. When I got the packages I have never heard of 'Jordan's Platinum Quest' brand. But again decided to try my luck since they keep saying they were a steal. When I got the packages I was shocked it was only a card a package. I would have thought 4 or maybe 2. But it was one card each package. Still hoping they were really good cards. After I opened them up, they were dud's. Brady one is worth $40 if I'm lucky and the Tua card is barely worth $20. They are both not even mint 10 cards. I was beyond sick to my stomach. Lost $350 just for 2 cards. I understand they need to make a profit. But scamming people over a $200 auction for cards that are barely $20 is wrong. I would have been happy if the cards were worth $100 or be a mint 10. So I say again...DO NOT BUY MYSTERY ITEMS FROM THEM AT ALL. What I'm very certain they do is they open boxes themselves, find the good stuff, keep it for themselves to sell for a higher profit. Then they repackage the low grade items, make up crazy names in a box so they can say it's nothing you have ever seen. Then they resell it to you when they are worth next to nothing. Just be careful with the live auctions. a couple of their sellers grossly overinflate the cards and are passive aggressive If you don't bid high enough. Isn't a point of an auction is to get a good deal and something as little as possible? the majority of the cards they say are multi three digit or more. I can buy on eBay for a 1/3 price. Watch out for Dash, he over inflates everything. I bought a card that he stressed should have been multiple three digits and it is for a buy it now on eBay for 29.99. and avoid mystery packs at all costs. I have button close to 12 mystery packs all for under $100 which again we were told should be high three figures and honestly the entire packs are worth $20-$25 tips. Do your research. I was looking for a gift for an 8-year-old's birthday. I bid on a hockey card, but I was outbid, so I bought something else instead. Days later, I received an email saying I had won the bid, and I thought it was a mistake. Then, I got email after email warning me that they would pull money from my card, which was once on file, plus a 30% restocking fee and more. I ended up checking out. At this point, I found out I could pay one-third of the price on eBay for the same card. I paid for it anyway. UPS missed me, and the package was supposed to be returned, but then the package got lost. At this point, I'm out close to $170 just for a lost package. After spending several weeks participating in the site's daily 10-minute "no reserve" auctions, I've noticed what seems to be a troubling pattern. My bids are almost always instantly outbid--even on items with little or no prior activity, and even when I place last-second bids well over the current bid in place. The only time I have actually won an item was when I paid at or above market value for the item. Throw in the inflated shipping, insurance, processing fees, etc..... the auctions do not make fiscal / investment sense. It strongly appears that many of the items marked as "no reserve" may actually have "hidden reserves" or shill bidders in place behind the scenes. I have found that I continue to be outbid until that 'hidden' price is met. To make matters worse, I've seen too many of the same "unique" items offered reappear in later auctions, which suggests to me they were never truly sold in the earlier auction(s). In my opinion, there's simply no way so many identical versions of those rare items should be showing up so frequently in so many of the auctions unless something questionable is going on. This raises serious concerns to me about the fairness of the bidding process offered. I encourage anyone using this site to pay close attention--you may come away with the same impression I did. read more

Had some pretty bad experiences with this auction site already. I'd say be very cautious buying anything from this site. I recently bought a few autographed funko pops. One of which showed up extremely damaged. Even the autograph was damaged. I reached out and they pretty much said that their "high resolution picture" was enough to not warrant a replacement or refund. There was nothing in the description what so ever about the damage to the product or I would've never bid on something like that. Terrible customer service. This site is auctioning damaged goods and then justify it by saying "well we put a picture up." I encourage anyone to be the judge. Look at the picture below that they are referencing saying I should've known. You can barely see any damage in the picture they sent. I recently ordered a copy of a World War II photo autographed by war Ace Sandy Brown. The reproduced picture was of.HORRIBLE quality. Not only was it blurry, but it suffered from pixel overkill. Pristine auctions policy, says that they will be sending a picture of equal quality to the one displayed during the auction. Don't believe it. In my opinion, it's not always so! In any event, why would you want a product of such poor quality associated with your alleged, pristine products?. First of all I attempted to contact the company to see about getting a refund. The company representative is a chat bot that basically regurgitates its return policy with some language that, in my opinion, they use iin order to avoid returning your money. I have several autographed pictures that were reproduced from another autograph business and they do not look like some kid with a scanner out of a cracker Jack's box took the photo. I have bought several thousand dollars of things from pristine auction in the past., No problems. However, as is usually the case, when you do business with someone there is bound to be a lemon or two along the way. The real measure of the business is what they do whenever you have that outlier request for a refund. Unfortunately, I do not feel comfortable doing business with pristine any longer, and reading many other reviews, like my own on here, perhaps people can understand why. Apparently Pristine Auctions feels that refusing to refund a de minimus amount of money and garnering a poop YELP review is more important then the loss of thousands of dollars worth of business. Their lame attempt at a return policy that basically has language that they can twist any way they want apparently is the most important thing to them. I bid on and won, paying $250 after buyer's premium and shipping, a signed LFC jersey to be given as a Christmas gift. I bid understanding that this was not an authentic jersey, but the stock photo showed a clean "ok" replica and the description clearly states that the item will "...be of equal quality to the one pictured." Upon receipt of the item (which was quick and the reason for 2 stars) I opened it to find a terrible quality replica was sent. The stitching on the backside of the jersey is completely screwed up and since this is the side with the signature, there is no way to display the jersey without the very noticeable issue that was not shown or described in the description of the item when I bid. I emailed Pristine and waited 2 days for a response. When I didn't receive a response, I wrote a BBB claim and finally received a response that I received what was described. After responding again with a photo of the horrible quality item I received, they then offered a full refund AFTER I repackage the item (they would need to send a pre paid package) and send it back and they receive it. This is now 1 week before Christmas and they want me to wait for a package they send, and then want me to go through sending the jersey back for a full refund. Why should I have to go through all of that after they falsely described an item I spent $250 on? There is apparently no quality control. They need to provide a price adjustment. I'm not demanding a full refund without sending the jersey back, I just want what is right from this company.
