Ran by a husband and wife team, scheduling was super easy and pricing was very comparable to others in the area. I had a very specific "problem" that I had been trying to get solved with a carpeted staircase in my garage for months. I had several other estimates and other companies weren't willing to tackle such a task. Jeremy to the rescue! I wish I had the disgusting before pic to share. Lots of different types of soil and stains caused from neglect. Disinfected, got rid of the HORRIBLE smell using enzymes. I could not possibly be pleased more. Had a great experience with this local company. Called Thursday and was able to get in the following Monday for my new house before I moved all my furniture in. Price quoted on the phone was a decent amount cheaper than the actual service hence the knock in stars but they were very helpful, professional, friendly, and did a great job. I had 2 mattresses cleaned today. I did not expect a few of the stains to come out as I think they were old and set but it was more about the mattress being deep cleaned. I had previously tried to clean one but with the professional suction it took it to the next level. I am so happy it is cleaned and they were able to fit me in fast! My dog is a puppy so you can only image my frustration when she would go upstairs and have accidents while in training. I also have a new roommate coming in. So I needed help asap, and thankfully they were highly recommended/ fasts response! They did the entire upstairs which was is a largeloft/ bedroom. I can't say enough good things about Kyle. He was on time, called ahead of time and did such an amazing job. He cleaned a sectional, couch, two chairs, rug, carpet in one closet and some pillows. He wasn't sure about the pillows on one side so he just did one side but I was still so appreciative that he was so honest because he didn't want to risk damaging anything. We had a very bad experience with this company. Over promised and under committed. The person who answered the phone at initial inquiry indicated that this company can take out spots that others cannot and that she has never seen a spot the company cannot remove. When all of the spots on our carpet remained after the cleaning, the owner claimed that the administrative assistant can claim that she has never seen a spot that can't come out since she doesn't see all of his work. That was really misleading and he was very argumentative in my home. Charged for additional items after being questioned, and would not leave my house until I paid him immediately. I found the owner to be verbally and physically threatening, had difficulty getting him out of my home, and would not recommend him in your home. read more

I had a tape adhesive stuck to my wood flooring after some home improvements were made and the workers left without cleaning it up. My home had been up for sale for a while, i was not there to manage it and had not seen it in person for several weeks after the improvements. i was unable to get the adhesive up myself and my home cleaning service could not remove it.
