His replies were always very fast (within 20 minutes) and he made the booking process so quick and easy. Their prices are very reasonable as well! On the day of the party, they arrived early to set up. We booked them for balloon twisting and airbrush tattoos and all our guests, both children and adults, loved them! We had ordered a beautiful tiered cake with a customized topper, and because of her negligence, it never showed up, ruining an integral part of our wedding. My wife was on the verge of tears on her wedding day because of this avoidable failure, and this is a wedding memory we will never have because of her. When confronted, the coordinator denied receiving the information, and after we showed proof, she blamed being "overwhelmed" by emails. If a coordinator can't manage communication or follow‑through, they simply should not be coordinating weddings. And the cake issue was just the beginning. The ceremony arch was left incomplete, with only one set of the drapes used despite us providing three. She didn't even put up the arch herself--despite it being her responsibility, which we confirmed via phone and message prior to the ceremony. Instead, the florist's assistant had to set it up. I even took a photo of the arch on the day of the wedding and sent it to my wife, who immediately replied asking that it be fixed with the drapes and décor we provided. When I showed that message to the coordinator, she said she would "fix it later," but never did. The décor we paid for wasn't used, the aisle runner was never placed, chairs were set so far back guests couldn't see or hear (which I had to correct her to move to the appropriate location), and the lanterns we provided were handled with zero attention to detail. To make matters worse, she didn't even take down the ceremony arch after the wedding--something she was explicitly responsible for. Instead, my wife and I had to come back the next day and take it down ourselves when we should have been relaxing and enjoying the first day of our marriage. That level of negligence is unacceptable for anyone claiming to be a professional coordinator. Worst of all, our florist had to call my wife on the morning of the wedding while she was trying to get ready because the coordinator never sent her the timeline. That failure alone shows a complete lack of professionalism and basic competence. We repeatedly had to step in and fix her mistakes because she didn't handle even the simplest tasks. If you want a coordinator who is organized, reliable, or even minimally capable, look elsewhere. Hiring her caused more stress than it prevented, and we regret trusting her with our wedding. After the wedding, we contacted her to discuss these issues in hopes that she would offer an amicable solution, but we never received a response or any attempt at resolution.

My friend told me that she had to help my other 5 year old nephew get a balloon because the balloon twister refused to help him since she was unable to make the balloon he wanted. She just so happened to be next to the vendor and heard her tell him to "go get your mommy". Instead of showing him the balloon folder of what she could make, she just refused to make him a balloon. My friend went over to help him pick one from the folder of pictures . **I don't understand why she couldn't just show him the balloon folder to begin with... maybe she just didn't want to deal with him. AGAIN, there was no line. ** 3. My daughter has a whole lot to say about the balloon lady. She kept saying how rude she was... In all honesty, I wasn't going to write a review about the rude balloon twister, but my daughter randomly brought it up again after 1 month. She said "remember that balloon twister lady... she said multiple times that she needs to save her balloons because she has other parties to go to"... **again, THERE WAS NEVER A LINE.
