Because of the long wait, I received a $63 parking ticket. Silvia accepted my forms but completely missed one of my W-2s in the calculation. When I politely asked her to explain the numbers (the refund came out much lower than expected), she became visibly irritated, raised her voice, and told me she would not prepare my taxes. She then kicked me out in a rude manner in front of other clients. I came prepared with a clear mileage summary, all 1099s, W-2s, and supporting documents. The lack of professionalism and basic attention to detail was very disappointing, especially after waiting so long and incurring a parking fine. I do not recommend this office.
