It was a really long time two different sessions it would not have taken so long if I would have given him all the information before he was researching deeds and titles so many different properties in front of me have they given him the info in advance, like I said, and requested that all that be done as much as possible before the hospital visit it would've been much quicker in person because of having a loved one in the hospital. I missed seeing his email that was requesting all that information prior to his arrival so do your work before his appointment if your time is valuable if not, then know you'll have many hours of company while this man works so hard to do a great job. I waited until all the deeds were recorded and mailed to me before I posted my review. You will not be sorry his pricing is transparent and he's not pushy about what services you pick.
