Very energetic and polite on the phone, then texting to confirm and after the detail to make sure I was happy. He was very reasonable compared to other quotes I got, and I can't imagine anyone would've worked harder or have done a better job. He came to my house and spent 7 hours total on my car (4 hours on the inside alone!). I asked whether additional polishing (which would have cost more) would help with a few of the scratches, and he said it probably wouldn't make much of a difference (ie. didn't try to up-sell me).
