BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!! I hired Level Glasswork for 2 jobs a shower door install and patio door install .I recently had a full bathroom renovation by another company, and hired LEVEL Glassworks for the shower door install. , very friendly during estimate house call and collecting deposit check with Karim , which i have a contract and paid them with a CHECK AND ALSO COPIED KARIM'S DRIVERS LICENSE AS I have experience with contractors taking advantage of women.... GLAD I DID THIS. INSTALLATION: I paid them with a check for the remaining balance due., i asked about my warranty , they said i would get it in an email (it has been a week, they never sent it to me. it is just not installed correctly. They told me to wait 24 hours before using the shower, which i did, when i turned on the shower water started flowing through all the glass gaps like Niagrara Falls ! they did not even seal the door properly(see photos.. I GOT PLENTY !).. also pieces of glass shards left all over my floor in my bathroom and inside the shower, very dangerous. RESPONSE: when i called the 703-655-2164 number , i told them of the leaks, the gentleman began to Chastise me about not waiting 24 hours to use the shower, Until i showed him screenshots of my text of arrival time to prove 24 hours had passed, and when i mentioned the gaps in the door with no silicone protection, he just said " well, you have a pretty door, Aren't you happy? ?? they promised to come out 3 days later on a monday at 3 pm to fix it. he told me just use a towel to soak up the water....smh . i mentioned i have a newly renovated bathroom with marble flooring.., he didn't care They promised to come out Monday to fix it November 2, at 2 pm, I guess they wanted to wait for the check to be cashed, as soon as it was cashed they never came back to fix the repairs needed on a door installed less than 24 hours with issues. NO SHOWS NO CANCELLATIONS: After I have missed 3 days of work for promised recalls , and no shows on each time, no cancellations, no text message updates, I drew the line when they insulted me on the phone, by saying to me " well you own your own business, you know how recalls go... ""and I politely said ( as im still hoping they would come out and fix this mess..) Any issue my customers have with me , it becomes priority , immediately. I would never take their money and forget about them. I told them I own 2 businesses, I would NEVER TREAT MY CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS !!! IF I DID I WOULD NOT have a business. PATIO DOOR INSTALL: THEY left massive amounts of broken glass on my deck, ALOT !!! AND it is embedded in my dcek, they promised they would clean it up, but they did not. the photo shows just A SMALL SAMPLE of what was left behind... he promised to come out that same day ... it's been 3 days later NO CALLS NO SHOWS , NO TEXT, NO EMAIL. i am contacting the better business bureau and filing a small claims court case today !
