(Another kickback scam used by this Dealership. And to make matters worse, a "500$ online voucher from the Dealership was "not honored due to vehicle being a "Good Price" deal and would "not qualify" in my case. In addition to a bad experience overall, the Detail offered, along with 2-Free oil changes and a Full tank of gas - Detail was a joke, "free oil changes" - disappeared when I returned for the first one. No one knew what happened to the promises offered prior to sale. (Was not written, so the free items "didn't exist"). Please save yourself a headache and spend your hard-earned money elsewhere!!

When I told her No one mentioned it when rotating my tires ... was there before - they are the ONLY ppl who have touched my tires. She told me to "Calm down" & hung up on me. After much back & forth (initiated by me as my request for a call back was not forwarded) with Wes - who BTW generously offered to replace wheel cover free... he passed me to Chris / who did not reach out as promised. I called Wes & he assured me he would have Chris reach out. When he did his response was not genuine & he explained he talked with his customer service department about providing professionalism .... EVEN when it is NOT reciprocated by the customer. What a side slap & indicates to me he's being "forced" to comply. Thanks but no thanks... I can buy my own wheel cover & give my warranty work to another dealership. Until there is a change from top to bottom don't bother with Nissan Greenville service department.

They diagnosed and found out the real problem, and adjusted the quote down to earth and commensurate to the amount of work and parts involved. I'm so glad I went to Freedom Ford instead. Heather was my service advisor, and she certainly provided the best customer care I've seen at any other Auto Service in the past 20 years, in my opinion. I also signed up for the automatic text reminding me to have my vehicle serviced and to confirm my service appointments. Every time I bring my vehicle to be serviced in at this location, a service advisor comes out promptly to greet me and get the process started. I've been in different locations where I would be ignored completely while sitting directly in front of a service advisor. Their waiting area has complimentary coffee, internet, and comfy chairs with a tv. Usually they get my oil change done in about an hour, which is really good in comparison to different locations that are similar or smaller in size. The staff overall is focused lol! Today I am getting my vehicle inspected, oil changed, and a complimentary car wash. Please be mindful that when you come here for a state inspection, the vehicle must be registered in Hunt County.

I was told on the initial part of the visit that I would be called after lunch of the diagnosis by a lady(dropped off at 9am). I never received a call back so I called up there deep in the afternoon. I was told that it hadn't been looked at yet. So I left the truck overnight. I did not receive a call the next day so I called at 12:15, I was told by Brent that it still hadn't been looked at yet. I called back at 5:30 with no answer. I called back the next day at 9:30am and left a message. My wife and I drove to the Service Department to speak with Brent. He was immediately defensive to my wife saying that he spoke with me all days. He spoke to me because I called him, not the other way around. He said the part was back ordered and I was #7 in line for a back ordered part. There was no offer for a loaner vehicle only to take the vehicle back. Everything had to be pre-approved by the Warranty Department which it hadn't been done so. We took our vehicle back since their was no resolution. We called the Claim Department for Warranty and there wasn't one filed. I was told a Claim takes 24/48 hours by Brent, the Claims Department said it would be immediate. So in the end think twice before having your vehicle serviced there.
