I purchased a car from this dealership in May 2025, and I have had nonstop issues ever since. Just…read moreone week after purchase, the check engine light came on. I had to bring the car back 6-7 times before it was even somewhat fixed. Not long after, the car broke down on the highway and had to be towed to their shop. I was without a vehicle for over a week. When I finally got it back, the very next day the car was hesitating to start and warning lights were coming on again. I returned it once more, and they said they replaced a hose. Two weeks later -- the check engine light came on again. When I told Carla that I would not continue making payments until the car was properly fixed, she became upset instead of trying to help. I asked if we could work something out to get me into a different vehicle, and I was told, "This would happen to any of the cars on our lot." That response alone says everything. Today I went to the dealership just to retrieve some personal belongings from my car and saw "REPO" written on the side. This was shocking, as I personally drove the car there, it was never repossessed, and I was never notified of anything related to a repo. When I started having problems with the car I was told "this never happened," This dealership has been dishonest, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout this entire ordeal. I strongly encourage anyone considering buying a car here to think twice.Save yourself the stress, money, and safety risk, I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone

They did offer to fix it, so we took it back to them where they said they rebuilt it charged us $3000 and then gave it back. There has been issue after issue, the truck has been in the shop longer than I have had it. Again the transmission is out. The mechanic working on it now said that the transmission has NEVER been rebuilt or replaced but I was charged for it. Now John from the service dept will not give me any itemized bill showing what work was done. He will not give me the name of the transmission shop it was sent to nothing! This place is absolute trash who take advantage of customers.

a minute ago NEW…read moreRecently my father purchased a 2008 BMW 3 series from this place. The day the vehicle was paid off, upon picking up the car, the check engine light came on. We called them and they told us to bring in the car. When they called us to pick up the car shortly after the check engine light came back on. At this point when my father pointed this out the mechanic answered by saying he erased the code and that he should just use the car until the code came off. My father was outraged stating this wouldn't fix the issue, this just covers it up. He told them how they needed to do something about it considering he purchased the car assuming it was in good condition. At this point the manager came out very rude saying all types of profanity claiming if we weren't happy just leave the car he would give us our money back. My father left the car assuming they were going to work on it. Just to find out the very NEXT day he came in to find the surprise that the car was back up for sale for MORE MONEY, under a active contract, with a new contract stating warranty was optional plus they hadn't even paid him his money back. It took them over a week to return the money even after they resold the car. It took constant phone calls and surprise appearance where they were rude and unhelpful every time until they finally paid the money back. The owner claims to be in business for over 25 years which is ridiculous considering this was our experience with them. I can only imagine what others may have gone through. I would never ever recommend this place to any one. Let alone purchase another vehicle from them. Whoever purchased the white 2008 BMW 3 series please be aware that this vehicle has engine codes that were erased. Good luck!!!

Perhaps Yelp should allow no star ratings as I'm only giving 1 star simply because I'm forced to do…read moreso. I purchased a cash car from Sindi Motors March 2nd which has turned out to be one of the most costly mistakes I've made my entire life. I drove the car less than 1 day before the check engine light came on and the car would NOT accelerate over 35 miles per hour and the engine light begin to flash. I called Sindi Motors was given the run around about the owner/manager not being available and that my contact information would be provided to him for a call back regarding the issue the car was having. Of course no call back was received therefore I took the car to a local mechanic shop was advised the car needed a catalytic converter and P0302, P0303, P0304, P0300, P1166, P1167, P1399. I had the catalytic converter replaced, changed the spark plugs and wires and made a repair plan as I had spent on my money on the 2900 purchase of the car and it was obvious the car lot wasn't going to be of any assistance. I was given the run around about my title which I still haven't received to date and per Texas Department of Motor Vehicles it was not requested however on yesterday 04/18 I was finally able to pick up my license plates and registration which clearly shows it was not requested until 04/16/18.This morning on the way to work the D4 light began to blink on the car and it seemd as if it doesn't want to go. After being towed to a nearby repair shop and having a diagnostic and a compression test completed I'm now being told the engine needs to be replaced as there is no spark in cylinder 4 and that both the top and bottom O2 sensors need to be replaced. They are also saying as the first repair shop said that this car was definitely not worth what I paid for it in the condition it is in. I was given a registration and Vehicle Inspection report showing that the vehicle passed inspection and the repair shop I'm at said that's definitely false. The repair shop assisted me in looking up my VIN number via AirCheckTexas and it clearly shows this vehicle failed inspection on 12/5/18 but magically it passed inspection on 03/21/19 which is strange because I had the vehicle in possession and did not take it to be inspected. Needless to say I'm angry now and will try one more time to speak with the owner to try and resolve the issues I'm having if they cannot be resolved I will most definitely pursue a lawsuit if nothing but small claims court. It's one thing to sell a used car "as is" I totally understand that however it's not OK to take advantage of hardworking people and commint fraud by producing fake documents and declaring that a vehicle has no mechanical issues when clearly you patched it up just enough to sell. If I were you I'd take my business elsewhere because these people are not to be trusted.
