When I arrived Eddie allowed me to take my time by allowing me to test drive the car while he remained in the office. The vehicle was exactly as advertised but as a used car there were a couple cosmetic items I wanted taken care of as a part of the deal. Not only did he take care of my requests but there were a few things I didn't think to ask for that he had taken care of as a courtesy. The negotiation was comfortable and I feel Eddie represented me and the dealership well. After all the repairs were made, I picked up the car. A few days went by and there was an issue. I was concerned but Eddie was quick to ask me to bring it in. Eddie and the dealership calmed my concerns and made sure that the vehicle was working as it should. I feel that they truly believe that the car and this transaction represent who they are. I will work with Eddie the next time I purchase a vehicle as well as recommend him to my friends.

He then put me in a f-150 and which in the first year again another problem. The rack and pinion went out on it. He replaced and I paid him to do so. Well a few weeks later I got what seem to be the death wabbles in my truck!! Some how his guys loosened the control arm bolt and my muffler cracked in half because of how they jacked the car up. Every time he works on a car it has another problem when you get it back. But I just got it fixed and went on with my life. Well two years in the power steering pump and radiator go out. When I got the truck he assured me that he had just replaced the power steering pump with a brand new one. (Nothing he uses is brand new) he will lie to you about that. So I let him fix those and again we work out a payment plan and I get the truck back. Well a week later the truck starts pouring out trans fluid and I get stranded in the middle of no where. The truck goes back to ole Larry's shop again and he figures out his guys messed up once again. Now I fell behind on my payments for a month work slowed down but I was gonna make it right and get current. I dumped a lot of money into this truck, even got new wheels and rims on it to make it look really nice. Well Larry saw how nice it was when he as working on it and saw that he could take the truck from me and resell it for close to what I was gonna pay. He will screw you over guarantee his repo rate is probably one of the highest out of any dealership around.

There has been issue after issue, the truck has been in the shop longer than I have had it. Again the transmission is out. The mechanic working on it now said that the transmission has NEVER been rebuilt or replaced but I was charged for it. Now John from the service dept will not give me any itemized bill showing what work was done. He will not give me the name of the transmission shop it was sent to nothing! This place is absolute trash who take advantage of customers.
