    Service guy stepped all over my backseat, told me they weren't even in the backseat

    Regret ever coming here. I was lied to and completely made a fool of, and the amount of time wasted, work missed, time driving back and forth to this dealership or arguing on the phone with them is unbelievable. Was told the 2012 Murano was in 'perfect' condition and had undergone a 100-point check, etc - I specifically asked Layla about alignment/wheel issues since I saw that they hadn't been serviced recently on the Carfax, she said she'd ask, I was assured it was all perfect. They took forever to approve me despite me giving them all documentation they asked for AND offering a co-signer AND putting $3500 down on a $10k car. Dan also offered to lower the price to $8800 and I have a written document saying that, but on the day of sale he refused to honor it and said it "would cost the dealership money" and was a "bad deal". I was told by their finance manager that all meetings are recorded etc so I would LOVE someone to watch this video where a sales manager refused to honor a written quote that had been given to me, he told me he'd "meet me in the middle" and knock $600 off sticker price but they had been doing all of the paperwork up to that point with full sticker price instead of the $8800 I'd been promised. He acted like he was super put out that I was asking him to honor the price and repeatedly said "The bank charges us a fee and it's not good for our sales so I can't do it." They finally got my finance done after I had been there a long time and I drove off with the car. Car immediately had issues including violent shaking on the road when I braked. Took it back only to find out that they had not serviced the rotors and the rotors were completely warped and needed to be 'machined'. So much for that 100 point inspection. I also asked about getting my car re-detailed interior and offered to pay for it, John in service said he'd ask and call me back, no one called me back for hours and when they did the guy said 'Oh, we don't do that'. When I picked up the car (1 hour drive each way) there were work boot footprints on my backseats. I brought it up and was told rudely "We were never in your backseat so." Best part? Weeks after I bought the car I get a call - the bank wasn't satisfied with my documentation and were refusing to honor the finance contract so I needed to return the car to them ASAP. Absolutely ridiculous and will NEVER set foot here again. Don in finance is the ONLY one worth a damn at this place. Incompetence, rude, and outright liars all over the place. I will take my business elsewhere, and make sure all of my friends know never to go to this scam dealership.

    Stopped in just looking after getting total games and run a round from some other dealers! Bought a new 2020 from Liz who was great!

    If you had your oil changed here please be careful. Our 2018 tahoe oil was changed and the wife and kids had to pull over. Was 4qts low, half the oil not put back in. Never had an issue with Thai dealer before. Wife and child took our vehicle in for service. Not a single employee wearing masks. I understand some folks don't want to do their part like the rest, that's your right. A business associated with a company such as GM this was a bit shocking.

    Horrible customer service. Tell you what you want to hear to get your truck in the shop, then no care for what you were told.

Primary proprietor Glen Garner is pleasant and informative about the vehicles he has for sale. Pristine Motors web sight mentions that they encourage cash buyers to "come in and make a deal". Do not presume that this implies a reasonable willingness by the dealership to "make a deal". In fact I left the dealership feeling that I had been tag teamed by Glen and his wife. Just prior to our financial negotiations for a car the wife entered the office and proceeded in an obtuse manner to interject herself in the negotiations. The wife was making statements such as "I might just want to drive it myself", and other comments to discourage a negotiation of the price. On a second attempt to move the purchase forward the wife followed up with comments such as "someone will just come in tomorrow and offer what we are asking". I felt as though my efforts to negotiate a deal was being knee-capped by the wife and Glen was obviously not in charge. If you are interested in paying at or very near the listed price for one of their cars this may be the place for you. However, if you wish to offer below the listed price do not waste your time conversing with Glen, instead ask for the wife immediately as she clearly the actual authority. As far as my situation is concerned I liked the car and was willing to pay cash for it and attempted to "make a deal". I left feeling as though I had been played, double-teamed and duped. Had I purchased the car under those circumstances I would regret it every time I looked at that car. I suspect that my situation of being double-teamed by husband and wife is not unique and I don't particularly like feeling manipulated.

(would have made vehicle 3500-4000 more than listed price). Per some "sleaze protocol" Sales Mgr. added what they call "Tire/Rim and a Windshield Insurance" to all vehicles. Would not take it off. (Another kickback scam used by this Dealership. And to make matters worse, a "500$ online voucher from the Dealership was "not honored due to vehicle being a "Good Price" deal and would "not qualify" in my case. In addition to a bad experience overall, the Detail offered, along with 2-Free oil changes and a Full tank of gas - Detail was a joke, "free oil changes" - disappeared when I returned for the first one. No one knew what happened to the promises offered prior to sale. (Was not written, so the free items "didn't exist"). Please save yourself a headache and spend your hard-earned money elsewhere!!

After 2nd visit noticed my wheel cover missing. The woman in service dept says "oh yeah it was missing when you came in last week". When I told her No one mentioned it when rotating my tires ... was there before - they are the ONLY ppl who have touched my tires. She told me to "Calm down" & hung up on me. After much back & forth (initiated by me as my request for a call back was not forwarded) with Wes - who BTW generously offered to replace wheel cover free... he passed me to Chris / who did not reach out as promised. I called Wes & he assured me he would have Chris reach out. When he did his response was not genuine & he explained he talked with his customer service department about providing professionalism .... EVEN when it is NOT reciprocated by the customer. What a side slap & indicates to me he's being "forced" to comply. Thanks but no thanks... I can buy my own wheel cover & give my warranty work to another dealership. Until there is a change from top to bottom don't bother with Nissan Greenville service department.

    This location is a good location to bring your vehicle in to be serviced. They are efficient. I…read moretypically book my appointment through Ford Pass. I also signed up for the automatic text reminding me to have my vehicle serviced and to confirm my service appointments. Every time I bring my vehicle to be serviced in at this location, a service advisor comes out promptly to greet me and get the process started. I've been in different locations where I would be ignored completely while sitting directly in front of a service advisor. Their waiting area has complimentary coffee, internet, and comfy chairs with a tv. Usually they get my oil change done in about an hour, which is really good in comparison to different locations that are similar or smaller in size. The staff overall is focused lol! Today I am getting my vehicle inspected, oil changed, and a complimentary car wash. Please be mindful that when you come here for a state inspection, the vehicle must be registered in Hunt County.

Their trade in values are about half of retail which that is their choice. BUT when you decide you wont be trading in your old car due to the 50% quote......they say a late model trade in is mandatory for you to receive their advertised discount. His said why would I tell you how to post a bad review? I asked to speak with his manager, and he told me he was the manager and above everyone else at this dealership; there was nobody above him to speak with, and if I didn't want to do business with what he was telling me, he was going to hang up and end the call. I was very upset with the "listed" pricing. The sales price listed on the website is NOT the sales price. AFTER he ran our credit, he told me that I was not eligible for the sales price because I did not have a trade in. Therefore, I lose $3K to $6K in the published price (Ethan said $3K, the salesman sent me a message telling me because I didn't have a trade-in, I lost over $5K). Yes, my credit was approved..... just for a price that was $6K over the listed sales price on the website. I would strongly advise against doing business with these people. This has to be the worst experience I have ever had in trying to purchase a new car!!!!
