    Service guy stepped all over my backseat, told me they weren't even in the backseat

    Regret ever coming here. I was lied to and completely made a fool of, and the amount of time wasted, work missed, time driving back and forth to this dealership or arguing on the phone with them is unbelievable. Was told the 2012 Murano was in 'perfect' condition and had undergone a 100-point check, etc - I specifically asked Layla about alignment/wheel issues since I saw that they hadn't been serviced recently on the Carfax, she said she'd ask, I was assured it was all perfect. They took forever to approve me despite me giving them all documentation they asked for AND offering a co-signer AND putting $3500 down on a $10k car. Dan also offered to lower the price to $8800 and I have a written document saying that, but on the day of sale he refused to honor it and said it "would cost the dealership money" and was a "bad deal". I was told by their finance manager that all meetings are recorded etc so I would LOVE someone to watch this video where a sales manager refused to honor a written quote that had been given to me, he told me he'd "meet me in the middle" and knock $600 off sticker price but they had been doing all of the paperwork up to that point with full sticker price instead of the $8800 I'd been promised. He acted like he was super put out that I was asking him to honor the price and repeatedly said "The bank charges us a fee and it's not good for our sales so I can't do it." They finally got my finance done after I had been there a long time and I drove off with the car. Car immediately had issues including violent shaking on the road when I braked. Took it back only to find out that they had not serviced the rotors and the rotors were completely warped and needed to be 'machined'. So much for that 100 point inspection. I also asked about getting my car re-detailed interior and offered to pay for it, John in service said he'd ask and call me back, no one called me back for hours and when they did the guy said 'Oh, we don't do that'. When I picked up the car (1 hour drive each way) there were work boot footprints on my backseats. I brought it up and was told rudely "We were never in your backseat so." Best part? Weeks after I bought the car I get a call - the bank wasn't satisfied with my documentation and were refusing to honor the finance contract so I needed to return the car to them ASAP. Absolutely ridiculous and will NEVER set foot here again. Don in finance is the ONLY one worth a damn at this place. Incompetence, rude, and outright liars all over the place. I will take my business elsewhere, and make sure all of my friends know never to go to this scam dealership.

    Stopped in just looking after getting total games and run a round from some other dealers! Bought a new 2020 from Liz who was great!

    If you had your oil changed here please be careful. Our 2018 tahoe oil was changed and the wife and kids had to pull over. Was 4qts low, half the oil not put back in. Never had an issue with Thai dealer before. Wife and child took our vehicle in for service. Not a single employee wearing masks. I understand some folks don't want to do their part like the rest, that's your right. A business associated with a company such as GM this was a bit shocking.

    Horrible customer service. Tell you what you want to hear to get your truck in the shop, then no care for what you were told.

    I took my truck 2001 F250 7.3 in because I was having a hard start. Eric the owner told me he…read moredidn't work on 7.3 anymore. Nice way of saying it was to old. Then he took a look at my truck and said we will make exceptions in your because it is so clean. You just need to make an appointment and we will keep it overnight. So a few weeks go by. I put a new starter in and had trouble starting it the next day I called,made an appointment and AAA towed it in. I said I needed a diagnostic done. This started with the tow pkg relay that I replaced. Could you start there. He then calls me up saying Why did you bring your truck here? I tell him about our previous conversation and he says that's back when business was slow. I said that's not what you said then. They keep it all week then he calls me and said whoever was working on your truck was stupid all we did was clean the battery terminals and that will be 150. I asked his mechanic to send me a copy of the diagnostic when AAA brought it home because I didn't have a ride to pick it up. Truck arrives with a receipt that only said hard start 150 . Here it is 6 weeks later same thing. Batteries are new ,a year old.225 bucks each from Firestone.I call Eric and he says take it somewhere else. I asked him why he charged me 150 bucks for cleaning terminals. He proceeded to tell me do know what it costs to have a quarter million dollar business and pay bills. I replied yes I do I had a 4 bay brake and tire business in 1986 worth that then,had 4 mechanics and I sold cars in Roseville Auto Mall for 25 years and never would have charged 150 bucks for a jump start!

    Kind, quick, attentive, reasonable prices…read more I just went and got two new tires put on my truck today, after calling earlier to check if they had them in stock. They had two sets of new tires in stock at different price points, and said I can get a deal if I paid in cash. The prices were comparable to my local tire dealer and they were located closer to me, so I decided to give them a try. When I arrived, I was met by Rodolfo, who turned out to be a very kind and soft-spoken young man. He showed me the tires I asked about and after I selected the ones he told me to pull the truck in the bay and invited me and my child to wait in the lobby, which had several comfortable chairs and a large TV screen that shows you the inside of the garage. It was a comfortable wait They spotted a small screw in the sidewall of one of my original tires. He said it would be about $45 to patch a side wall. When I checked with my local tire dealer, they're willing to do $10 plugs or patches, if it's some thing they can patch. When I told Rodolfo this, he said he'd be willing to price match it. It took Rodolfo and his coworker less than 30 minutes to move my back tires forward and put two new tires on the back. His coworker was a young Caucasian man with a beard and mustache, that was also very kind but I didn't get his name. When it came time to pay, I paid with my debit card and I had misunderstood debit card as the same as cash. Rodolfo noted the misunderstanding, but left the ticket as it was. I felt so bad for the misunderstanding, but he just smiled said it would be fine. In addition, he decided since this was my first time there, there would be no charge for the sidewall patch at all,. He's a very generous guy, and he says the owner is also a very, very kind man. It definitely shows in their workmanship. They offered to drive my truck around, and even noted a rattling sound coming from my wheels of my truck, and they wanted to double check that they had not caused it to rattle. I reassured then that was a noise original to my truck wheels it had always made, and they complimented my truck and hoped that I return. I would have no problem giving them more business in the future.

    I bought tires March 13 from Discount Tire, and took it to get aligned right after tires were put…read moreon. I took the car back twice that same day after the alignment was "completed" because the car was swaying/swerving left to right. The first time he blamed the road, the second time he blamed my shocks and said the alignment was good. I been driving to and from work for 3 weeks assuming the alignment was done correctly. I took it to another alignment shop and was told my trailing arm bushings were bad (which explains the swaying) and that pro align should have caught it because you can't do a proper alignment with bad bushings. When i took my car back he said he doesn't warranty lowered vehicles and said its written all over the walls in his business. When I noticed it wasnt written anywhere I tried to take a picture of the papers, which he stepped in front of and told me I couldn't take pictures in his business. He told me I could take him to court, that people have taken him before and he's always won. He put my car on his rack to check alignment for his records (for court, which I allowed) and he apologized saying he should have caught that my camber and toe was way off the first time, but said because the rubber in the bushings are still there the bushings are good (rubber can still be there but worn, so thays incorrect). Even after admitting he didnt catch my camber being off, he refused to get me two new tires. He did however refund my alignment fee. Still not happy , im out two tires. Sorry long rant but hopefully you wont go here and lose out like I did. The tires weren't just slightly worn (if they were I wouldnt make a big deal, we are all human and make mistakes) they were completely worn on the inside approximately one inch on both rear tires, to the point they're unsafe to drive on now. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
