I felt like I was going to mechanic school when he explained exactly what was wrong, showed me the parts he replaced and went into extreme detail and offered great advice on future maintenance on my very old SUV. Ray the owner is an honest straight shooter. He diagnosed my clutch problem over the phone. He waited for me to get out of work to drop off the car. The repair was completed by the next day. He explained in detail what was wrong and even showed me the old part. He was fair on the price and prompt. I will be back for any future repairs. read more

It's a shame. We've been taking our cars to Jim and Deans Garage for years but not any more. EVER. Ray may be an honest guy and we always trusted him, however, the people working for him are NOT and I'm afraid they are taking advantage of him. I hate to say it but it may be time for him to retire before the LIARS working for him ruin his reputation or he should find honest mechanics. We ended up taking my car to another garage to correct what the mechanics at Jim and Deans completely screwed up and lied about it. Between the two garages, we had to spend almost $5000 for what should have cost us $1800. read more

Ray is a good man that will work with u much better than most repair shops I come across he's well known and he is not out to get u for UR money understands parts aren't cheap and calls every place around trying to get u a good deal if money is tight and has the coolest office ever he truly loves automobiles and it shows and cares about his customers wants to make sure the job is done right and doesn't find 20 more problems that cost u tons of money when u have auto trouble he's the man to call and he's probably seen it all my truck in high school was hard as hell to turn the steering wheel right but left was normal and we couldn't figure out what the deal was in 5 min ray showed us it was a bolt that could have come off at any turn and caused a good bit of damage had it done so I was back on the road in 30 min and I've been a faithful customer ever since now it's my drive shaft and he's working with me to find an affordable fix and explained to me the cheap way to go that might cause more damage and money than the little more costly way that will give me 100s more miles on the same truck I've had since high school (class of 2006 rhs) been a money eater but that's normal and he has helped me keep it on the road this long thanks Ray UR a good mechanic and shop owner and that's hard to find without getting u know what in the u know where like most like to do just to make some $ read more
