I would give this no stars, if I could. My friend and I were looking to get our nails done, and was highly recommended to this shop. Called ahead to make a appointment, lady on the phone was very polite and got us right in. When we arrived the staff at the front were very welcoming. Asked us around 20x's what we wanted to do with our nails and kept pushing gels. Picked out our polish and was seated. Sat down with my technician and briefly told him what I wanted, he seemed rushed. I stated that I wanted white coffin nails. He seemed ok with doing that. I told him that I wanted to do a matte top coat. He snapped back at me a stern "NO." I repeated back to him "no?" He snapped back a no again. I kinda starting to giggle because I thought he was joking around. But here I am without a matte top coat. He was pretty silent during the whole thing. Now, I've never got my nails done and haven't had any kind of manicure with it. He just went in and put my nails on...no pushing back my cuticle or anything. Which resulted in my nails looking like they're already a week grown out... my friend on the other hand wanted to do a basic manicure. After she waited for like 15 minutes a lady sat down with her and applied polish and left, no anything. Didn't even file her nails.... while I'm getting my nails done the technician filed down onto my finger and cut the side of my finger. He totally ignored the situation. When he applied my top coat he got down onto the cut and I tensed up, he kept getting aggressive for me to relax..just not a good experience... read more

Been going here since they opened and so far I love it! Customer service alone, is wonderful, everyone is so friendly and courteous. They have a huge polish selection to pick from and they are always on top of having the latest nail products and services. They specialize in SNS nail dipping and their jelly pedicures are amazing! read more

I went into pristine nail lounge 7 days ago and had a full set of acrylics done by tam. Yesterday one of the nails broke, which can happen so i went in to fix it today. They were kinda busy so i was willing to wait a while to get it fixed. However, instead of waiting on an available nail tech, I had two nail techs rushing around and doing a half-a** job on my nail. Not to mention these nail techs had multiple other customers they were working on at the time and left them to rush on my nail. The fact that they were rushing caused them to be super rough with the nail file (my nail is still in pain 20 min later) not to mention they used the SAME nail file with debris that they had just used on someone else. You could tell they were rushing because they were tossing things around, slamming drawers, and it just caused an anxious environment. They did not allow proper drying time with the gel which is why i think the marble effect looks like a four year old did my nail. They didn't file down the acrylic enough so it is way thicker than my other nails. I am very displeased with my experience and this all could have been avoided if they were doing their jobs accordingly. read more

I've been here a few times before, and decided to try them again last night. I've always had great experiences here. The owner/manager is always so nice. He always greets customers with a genuine smile, and that means the world to many customers. Every time I come here, they do a great job! Just not a special place and lacking customer service. It was my second try. I had an appointment but waited 15 minutes, then she cut my toe on pedicure and despite the bleeding she kept insisting I put my foot back in the water - which I explained I don't like to do if I get a cut because of risk of infection, and after she did my nails, standard manicure, she left and I had no fan to dry the nails and no help in paying while nails were wet. Not going back despite how close it is to home - many other places to try! read more

The best full set I've ever got in my life! Annie did an amazing job, she's made me a customer for life! Not only was she quick, but she was meticulous and made sure every nail was 100% perfect and exactly how I wanted it. The reason this is the best full set I've ever had is because they are not too thick and look so natural, you wouldn't even know they aren't my natural nails. Also, usually when you get a full set that's it, they do the nails and send you on your way. Annie trimmed my cuticles AND gave me a hand massage! She is awesome! For my wedding day, I wanted to have nails that would last into the honeymoon, so I decided to try them out. I'M SO GLAD I DID! They were wonderful! They accommodated my wedding party and I loved my nails so much! I will be using this place for my nails from now on, and I recommend it to anyone wanting to try new styles, or have any detail work done on their nails. You do nice work but you need to be professional and friendly. I HATE the Vietnamese talking & laughing in front of customers. Very very rude and lack of respect. Learn our names, stop texting in front of us, greet us nicely, be polite & professional PLEASE. You insult me. I want to feel happy wen I'm paying so much and taking good care of myself. I've been coming to Pristine Nails for two years because my previous nail tech moved. :-( My nails are not the easiest to manage for pedis and manis due to shape and sensitivity so finding a nail technician who was gentle and accurate was important. I love Ms. Kim, she is kind and makes my nails look fabulous! :-) The salon is always pleasant and clean and hospitable. The prices are good. I recommend. read more

These people don't respect appointments. Made an appointment and had to wait over 30 minutes before I was taken. Then two days later the polish chipped and came off and when I went to get it fixed it was another 30 minute wait just to fix one nail. Terrible service. read more

The best nail salon EVER! The salon is Ultra clean; they use disposable covers on their pedicure machine/chair, they disinfect everything, they use new buffers, it's the cleanest salon in central Florida and this is the most important factor for me. In addition,the techs are fantastic getting the shape i want right and an impeccable paint job on my nails, getting all my cuticles. The price is very reasonable. There were also two women who came in with small chips from recent appointments, and they fixed it right away- which was good to know. Rude, rushed service. I picked a polish for a classic mani/pedi. The woman doing my nails started with the pedicure. Very short pedicure. Sloppy job, I could've done better myself. Didn't even shape my nails so they're all crooked. And she didn't say anything about the polish I had chosen being too thick. I didn't realize the polish was old and thick until she had already finished my toes and started on my hands. She added thinner at that point but it was too late for my toes! Now that I can get a good look at them I can see how sloppy and uneven they are and how chunky the polish looks on my toe nails. Thankfully my hands look better since I was able to tell her to redo the ones that were too thick/had chunks. There were multiple bottles of the same exact color so I'm not sure why she wouldn't say something initially about it being too thick. Could've used the same exact color in a different bottle or I would've been happy to choose a different color that would actually go on well. Didn't speak to me, spoke to her coworkers the whole time, and was on her phone the whole time my hands dried (literally why we were still sitting face to face). Awful experience and expensive for how poor the job is. read more
