This was a large, complicated project with challenging terrain, a mature tree that had to be preserved, and several unexpected obstacles along the way. What impressed me most wasn't that everything went perfectly--it was that the team stayed committed until it was right. Matt deserves special recognition. Throughout the project, he was always there. He coordinated the crews, communicated consistently, and, most importantly, made me feel like he genuinely had my back. Whenever challenges came up, he stayed committed to finding solutions and making sure I was happy with the final result. That level of customer care is hard to find. The demo crew did an excellent job removing the old deck quickly and efficiently, giving the project a great start. Carlos did a fantastic job leading the construction of the new deck and overseeing the project. His attention to detail and pride in his work really show in the finished product. A huge thank you to Chad and Mike for the electrical and HVAC work. They went above and beyond, finding creative solutions and making sure every system worked exactly as it should. Nothing felt rushed--they took the time to get it right. The sunroom installation by Vlad and Serge was nothing short of impressive. They worked incredibly hard, completed the installation beautifully, and even stayed until 9:00 PM one evening to finish the job. Their craftsmanship and work ethic were outstanding. The concrete crew--Gabe, Miguel, and their helpers--also did beautiful work. Not only did they create a fantastic finished product, but they made the experience extra special by helping me place my dog Yuri's paw prints into the fresh concrete. That simple act created a memory I'll treasure every time I walk outside. Despite the difficult site conditions, preserving a beautiful tree, and working through the natural challenges of the property, the team found solutions every step of the way without sacrificing quality or appearance. Today I have a gorgeous new deck and a sunroom that has completely transformed my home. About five years ago, he installed a…read morepatio cover for me, and everything was great--until about a year ago when I noticed leaking underneath it. Naturally, I was concerned and reached out to him. He came out right away, took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, and explained in detail why he believed the patio cover itself was not the issue. He checked the slope, sealed areas to rule out seepage, and made sure nothing was being overlooked. A couple of months later, after speaking with several stucco contractors, I was told repeatedly that the patio cover had to be the problem. Feeling confused and overwhelmed, I reached back out to Dan and shared what others were saying. Even though he still believed the issue was coming from somewhere else--possibly the stucco or second-story windows--he didn't hesitate to come back out. This is where Dan truly went above and beyond. Despite not believing he was at fault, he took extra steps to help eliminate any doubt. He installed additional downspouts and full-length counter flashing, which required removing stucco, just to ensure that water could not possibly be getting in from the patio cover. This was not a small job. That level of integrity and customer care is incredibly rare. During the process, once everything was opened up, he was able to clearly show me that the real issue was faulty second-story windows--not the patio cover. He had been right all along. But what stood out the most was his attitude throughout the entire experience. Not once did he make me feel bad for questioning it or listening to other contractors. He remained patient, professional, and genuinely kind the entire time, even when it would have been easy to say "I told you so." At that point, I was feeling extremely overwhelmed between conflicting opinions and high quotes. Dan didn't stop at proving the issue--he continued to help. He guided me in the right direction, recommended the proper solution (including new construction windows instead of retrofit and elastomeric paint for the stucco), and connected me with trusted contacts to completely resolve my issue. Dan is the kind of person you hope to find but rarely do. Honest, knowledgeable, patient, and truly committed to helping his customers--even when he doesn't have to. He went far out of his way for me and my family. I'm incredibly grateful for his time, effort, and integrity. If you're considering working with him, don't hesitate. I will say that we've worked with many contractors on many projects and a running theme seems to be a real need for PATIENCE, as frustrating as it can often be. Sometimes, circumstances beyond a contractor's control make scheduling expectations difficult to keep. In our case, materials were delayed from the distributor (testing Antonio's patience, too). As such, this project took a bit longer to get started than hoped. BUT, Antonio and the office staff were quick to respond to all inquiries, and the truth is - the project was actually accomplished as quickly as promised, once circumstances allowed. The craftsmanship is suburb. Antonio won't let anything slide until it's as good as can be. And we LOVE it!

Installation crew is sloppy and payed no attention to details , and now two month after project completion and the railing still under warranty the company is mia and screws are falling out and the railing is hanging over the street. Highly recommend you use a different contractor as this guys were not cheep at all.
