KGA did a good job, quickly. Both were easy to work with. Shed, from floor to shingles was completed in just over a day & a half. They kept site clean during the day & left with everything tidy & put away. UPDATED 06/27/25... heat has slowed down my progress, but, cleaning construction sawdust/screws getting ready to start moving stuff in. Many nails didn't quite make it to their "best" location... meaning, they were "shot" incorrectly & are sticking out at odd angles. Overall, they got me further than I was before they did the work I felt the price was fair and after seeing their work, decided to have them paint the shed (I was planning on doing it, but, heat & age, I knew it would take me much longer to get done.) They are painting as I write the review. (06/27/25 update Have reinstalled hasp latch correctly - but, it appears they tried to bend to work with their lack of knowledge as to how hasp locks work... installed correctly, screws are not accessible.... Needed to buy new hasp lock. Their installation had all screws easily accessible, meaning putting a lock on door was a waste of time. I WAS so impressed & pleased with their work, I'm have him bid on completing a pool to deck conversion. Apparently, he didn't want to work with my choice, so, nothing more was said. I recommend KGA for your projects, with your supervision to make sure you are getting what you want.. Painting is done. Have several areas to touch up. read more

We called around to several companies to get an extension to our existing covered patio we got installed last year... Did not even get a response from most of them Including the company which did the first job. Gennadiy on the other hand was quick to respond and we started from there. A quick ph call to set a free estimate and he worked with me to accommodate a timeframe I was available. Had them do 2 deck rebuilds - 1 small one attached to upstairs master, and demo one that was downhill and rebuild that level with the pool and "yard" as a kind of yard extension. They were reliable, easy to deal with, and did a great job. Even my wife is impressed and now loves the deck, and she complains about everything (including complaining about this deck right up until she saw it actually completed).
