I am delighted with the patio cover. It turned out exactly as I envisioned. Dimitri helped me choose the perfect color and design, customizing it to fit my patio area perfectly. He suggested a dimmer switch that works well with the six recessed lights and two fans. I received four quotes, and Dimitri offered the most reasonable price with more upgrades included. Because this company specializes in patio covers, I felt much more assured in hiring them. The structure is not only attractive but also very sturdy with a lifetime warranty--two installers stood on top without any problems. We opted for the insulated cover, which cost more, but we have no regrets, as we will enjoy it for many years to come. Don't look anywhere else! You'll be happy working with Dmitriy! He is responsive, honest and his prices were reasonable compared to other bids. I reached out to Dmitriy (again) after we decided to renovate our backyard. We were getting our swimming pool build and wanted the patio cover attached to the house but he was concerned that the patio cover would be too close to the pool and wouldn't be approved by the city. He suggested another option which I was open to. After discussing with the city we were able to get what I wanted approved. Dmitriy and his team came to our house before Christmas holiday and on time! They installed the patio cover in two days since it included electrical work (4 recess lights and two fans). Should I mention he also made sure I purchased the right ceiling fans (no flushed mount since the patio cover is slightly slanted. He recommended getting a rod ceiling fan). Thankfully, he mentioned this, otherwise I would have bought the wrong ceiling fans. We are so happy with the patio cover. We have had no issues at all. No leaks from the rain. No electrical issues.
