Homeowners beware! Contacted Drain Smith to come out and clean out a main drain clog. Drain Smith…read moreattempted to clear the clog and could not, said the main sewer was collapsed somewhere between the house and street. They then attempted to run a camera down the drain to see where the sewer was collapsed. This attempt was unsuccessful as well, and told me that I would need to contact someone who could dig up the collapsed sewer line and replace it. Three days have now gone by with a clog main drain. At this point I didn't know what to do or who to call. I reached out to a business contact for a couple referrals. They referred Bill's Sewer Service. Called Bill's Sewer Service who came out ASAP, and cleared the line within 30 minutes. Oh it gets even better. Three more days pass, and bills arrive from both companies. I received two bills from Drain Smith, one for each attempt, and one bill from Bill's Sewer Service. You're right the two bills from Drain Smith totaled more than the one bill from Bill's who cleared the clog. I can't believe Drain Smith had the arrogance to send me two bills for wasting 3 days of my time. It is evident that they do not have the necessary skills or experience to be in the drain cleaning business. They need to leave that to the professionals like Bill's Sewer Service.
