They repaired a leaking service entrance to our church, saving thousands. They repaired a cracked connection from a 100 year old 3/4 steel pipe coming from the street to the meter without breaking the pipe, which would have required digging up the yard for a new service. The first few times the guy came out, looked at how the pipes were and snaked the main toilet. Got nothing out the first time but thought he got it, called back for a 2nd time as it clogged again and he pulled out a couple wipes and thought he got it. He left and a couple days later it floods again. Called a Raymond back and explained the situation and they were very accommodating and sent out Thomas. Thomas not only looked at the main pipes he actually went around the house, looked at the sump pump and grinder and went outside to look at the pipes. He got his camera out as well and used the outside pipe where he was able to not only clear the clog but show me and explain everything to me in terms I understood. If I ever have another plumbing issue it will be thomas from a Raymond plumbing I will be calling!
