Would recommend and if my budget allows it would use them when I have events and need additional cleaning help. Overall took about 3.5 hours of cleaning because I don't own a vacuum so everything had to be manual. I had to clean up after the cleaning lady... $260 to to clean and empty bathroom & kitchen. The owner was rude & sarcastic and said 6 1/2 hours was an estimate. The apartment barely had any stuff in it so there was nothing to move around. This should've been an easy clean. I could've done it myself if I had the time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service at all. I was disappointed that I paid $140 ( including gratuity) for 2 and a half hour housekeeping service for a 1bed 1bath apartment. The housekeeper took more than an hour to clean the bathroom and another hour just to clean the stove. Yea that's the only two areas she cleaned in 2 1/2 hr. All I can say is amazing job. My kitchen hasn't been used for the past 7+ years. I recent got it cleared out but it needed a deep clean. I almost got rid of everything. My home desperately needed a deep cleaning! I searched on Yelp and found this company. After looking at the reviews I felt confident to bite the bullet and schedule a cleaning with them. They did not disappoint! The ladies did an amazing job in my home. It looks brand new! I can't believe it. I'm so grateful they were able to clean my home. Pros: Amazing deep cleaning! My kitchen sink sparkles! I haven't seen my kitchen this clean in years. I feel so much more comfortable being at home and not having to worry about cleaning after a long day of work. They got areas I would have never thought to clean! Eimy also gave me some tips on how to fix certain areas of my home to prevent oil buildup, dirt buildup. Can't forget to mention, I had to reschedule last minute and they were very accommodating! Cons: There could be some work with communication. When I asked for a quote I was given an hourly rate, but wasn't told it was per cleaner. I had two cleaners at my home and paid double the price. Wish this would have been made more clear before booking! Also, I don't know if they used up all my paper towels but I noticed when they left that there was none left. They didn't mention anything to me about that and I wish they had. Also, one of my Swiffers is gone. I assume it either broke or was too messed up to clean, but I wish they would have mentioned that to me as well. All in all, they did an amazing job with my extremely dirty home and I'm so thankful they were so accommodating and thorough. I had grease stains in the kitchen, black marks on the white tiles, marks in my grout, etc. and literally everything was gone. The only thing that I would caution people is the time. Its a one person crew, and they get paid by the hour, so keep that in mind. My one bedroom apt took 5 hrs to deep clean. Additionally, the price quoted from Amy was comparable to other companies in the area - although to echo another review the quote is hourly per person which I did not realize. Amy and her team come monthly and my 2 bed 2 ba apartment is clean and smells fresh after each visit. I wanted to hire a service to give the apartment, mostly floors and bathrooms, a deep clean monthly now that my husband and I work from home full time and the apartment is seeing much more wear and tear. They are very thorough - the microwave, sinks and showers are spotless after Amy's visits. It's so nice to look around and not be distracted by all the things I need to clean. Wow! I booked Jireh Deep Cleaning last night at 11pm and they accommodated my last minute request to come today at 8am. I have just come home to a completely spotless apartment! They are extremely covid friendly and wore masks and kept distance on entering my apartment which was very comforting. My apartment has never looked so good!! I have spent hours scrubbing my bathroom and floors and they have left it spotless. Changing my review to one star after Amy lied in her response. I have timestamps to prove these are after photos and not before, I really resent that she called me a liar. The trash pictures showing she didn't sort the recycling are clearly from after. The ones showing things weren't dusted are clearly from after. Also, if my pictures were from before, then my place wouldn't have been nearly as messy as she claims. You can see in my pictures that the place was PARTIALLY cleaned, which is what I've always claimed. And also, I took a VIDEO as proof of how bad the cleaning was, clearly from after. So you can lie all you want, Amy, but it's not good business. And yes I tipped the cleaner because she's a young woman and I am not a monster. Yes I did tell her she needed to stop focusing on organizing and wanted her to focus on cleaning. I did not lie once in my review but Amy did in her response. She's also sending me insulting messages in private chat, repeatedly calling me a liar despite me proving I am not.
