    This is a great car wash that was only $10. It did a nice job on my car, nice and clean. I would definitely return here if in the area.

For reference I spent over $650 on two details this week, both experiences were terrible. First experience they lied and said it would be a 2 hour detail tops, but resulted in a 6.5 hour wait time. The main problem being the detail on my BMW X1 over the weekend. I took it to be cleaned and detailed. Upon getting into my car to return home I noticed a black impression mark on the Navigation screen. Upon further inspection I was able to determine that the screen was cracked due to an employee pressing too hard on the screen while cleaning. I returned to the car wash and approached a Team lead/Manager on site to show the damage. They promptly called over their team and switched languages so I could not fully comprehend their conversations. But I was able to understand about half where they made rude and insulting comments about my Fiancé and my family. They then called a few days after the incident and first offered Half the price of a replacement screen or store credit towards another detail. I refused their offer asking for the full value of the replacement. The kind secretary requested our VIN to call the dealership to inquire about a replacement. Mentioning it could take a couple more days to get this resolved. I patiently provided the information and expected the owners to properly seek out resolution and make our car whole again. About 1 hour after my initial phone call I received a call from the onsite manager saying that they were now not going to offer any remedy to the solution as they feel that the Screen was already damaged. Funny for them I have pictures that counteract their insults and prove that their employee damaged the car and now is refusing to pay for the repairs. Save your cars and don't visit this business. Cannot even begin speak to how insulting the on site managers have been through this process.

Now the detailing and customer service. With membership comes the incredible wash and detailing of your car! You may vacuum for free, but the service at this place is optimum, superior, cutomer service unlike any other place around. Helpful, ask for advice, they have recommendations. My windows require darker tinting, they have a recomendation and how to better car for all the nooks and crannies, cuby holes where my White Dog's hair finds hidden spots on black interior!! Place might be busy, yet there is always room for YOUR CAR & CARE! Conveniently located off Santa Fe Drive & Oxford, or off 285/Hampden and Federal exit in the huge Costco shoping area, Costco Drive, South East of Target and all restaurants. On my last trip through (approx 1 yr ago) it took 3 trips through the tunnel to get my vehicle clean and it was not very dirty. Lastly...What kind of business doesn't accept cash? Between the sub par washes, price increase, and not taking good old US currency I am done. I have not gone back nor will I.

    I've debated whether to write this review because part of me felt I should just accept the…read moreexperience, move on, and find another place to have my car cleaned. However, I believe the public should know about my experiences during my last two visits. I've been coming to this car wash for years and have never had a complaint until recently. Unfortunately, my last two visits have been extremely disappointing. The first time, I brought my brand-new car in for a detail because static was attracting dust and debris inside the vehicle. I paid full price for the service. They washed my floor mats, but they actually came back looking worse than when I brought them in. They then called me over because I have an electric vehicle and said I would need to drive it through the wash myself. No problem. After I drove it through, I parked it and expected the interior detail to be completed. I sat down in the waiting area, and before I could even get comfortable, they called me back and told me the car was done. The interior had barely been touched. I was frustrated and told my husband about the experience. Since he speaks Spanish, we wondered if there had been a communication issue. He took the car back, and they explained that because it's an electric vehicle, they weren't comfortable driving it through the wash and were concerned about damaging the touchscreen. Fair enough--I wasn't going to fault them for that. However, my husband did have to stand there to watch them do just the basics... wipe down the cup holders and dashboard. A few months later, we decided to give them another chance. Last weekend, we returned and again paid for their top-tier cleaning package. We fully expected to drive the car through the wash ourselves and understood that they might not clean the touchscreen. The business was very busy, and we were patient about the wait. However, we then watched one of the employees drive our car through the wash, which directly contradicted what we had been told previously. Again, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed their policies had changed. After waiting roughly two hours and watching no one work on the vehicle, we finally saw an employee walk over, spray part of the windshield, wipe only half of it down, and then tell us the car was ready. When we got to the vehicle, it was obvious that almost nothing had been done. The touchscreen looked scratched, the windshield had only been partially cleaned, there was no tire shine, and the overall vehicle had clearly not received the service we paid for. We also noticed that the same towels appeared to be used from vehicle to vehicle without being changed. As a customer, it's concerning to think that dirt and debris from one car could be transferred directly onto another vehicle's paint. To be clear, this is my daily driver, so I wasn't expecting perfection. But after paying for the highest-level service and waiting two hours, I expected at least a basic cleaning. I'm not sure what has changed over the last year or so, but the quality of service has declined dramatically from what it was. Based on my experiences, I cannot crecommend this car wash to anyone looking for quality service or even a basic level of attention to detail.
