It's done in the owner's small apartment garage, and the particular individual who did my detailing did an unfortunately very suboptimal and disappointing job. I'm not sure what he was doing for 2 hours because the condition I came back to TRULY looked as though only the seats were slightly wiped off (with presence of small crumbs still in place). I had *Specifically* asked him to ensure the inner crevices were detailed, shampooed. Not only as this NOT done, there are very obvious crumbs left (see below). This was an enormous waste of my time and disheartening. Meanwhile, owner Ryan, who is a nice younger kid, ensured me repeatedly in person that he would re-do the detailing and contact me to rectify the situation. And? ....Never heard from him again! NOT a good move by a company CEO. I'm generally an understanding person, but this was an all around disgrace that left me absolutely baffled and appalled. For reference I spent over $650 on two details this week, both experiences were terrible. First experience they lied and said it would be a 2 hour detail tops, but resulted in a 6.5 hour wait time. The main problem being the detail on my BMW X1 over the weekend. I took it to be cleaned and detailed. Upon getting into my car to return home I noticed a black impression mark on the Navigation screen. Upon further inspection I was able to determine that the screen was cracked due to an employee pressing too hard on the screen while cleaning. I returned to the car wash and approached a Team lead/Manager on site to show the damage. They promptly called over their team and switched languages so I could not fully comprehend their conversations. But I was able to understand about half where they made rude and insulting comments about my Fiancé and my family. They then called a few days after the incident and first offered Half the price of a replacement screen or store credit towards another detail. I refused their offer asking for the full value of the replacement. The kind secretary requested our VIN to call the dealership to inquire about a replacement. Mentioning it could take a couple more days to get this resolved. I patiently provided the information and expected the owners to properly seek out resolution and make our car whole again. About 1 hour after my initial phone call I received a call from the onsite manager saying that they were now not going to offer any remedy to the solution as they feel that the Screen was already damaged. Funny for them I have pictures that counteract their insults and prove that their employee damaged the car and now is refusing to pay for the repairs. Save your cars and don't visit this business. Cannot even begin speak to how insulting the on site managers have been through this process.

It was the best exterior car wash I had experienced in my 60+ years with vehicles. So, I took it in for an exterior and interior wash. Again, I was amazed! They use an air hose to blow out the tiny cracks and crevices. Every interior surface was clean, including the seat seat slides that were greasy and filthy. They steam-cleaned the floor mats. There were no streaks on the windows or windshield. It was the best that car had looked since I drove it new off the lot. When you go there, expect to spend some time. They are thorough, not quick. It is well worth the cost and time. Everything is clean and dry. No water spots or streaks anywhere. I would recommend that before you leave, readjust the side and rear-view mirror, because when they make sure the mirrors are clean and dry, and the mirrors move slightly.
