I took 2 of my wife's identical rings to move a ruby from one ring to the other. I called twice…read morechecking on it..he told me he was having difficulties setting it. I offered to take it to another jeweler who has worked on this ring before. The gentleman at Pritchetts said he would let me know..I never heard from him. I called him today being within the 4th week after dropping it off still not done..I went to pick it up to find he had shattered a ruby upon attempting to reset..and offered nothing for the shattered ruby which was not returned. I do not recommend or at least proceed at your own risk.

The coin I was looking for wasn't on display, but he went into his vault and found one that was one year earlier and in brilliant uncirculated condition. He had it for sale at the same price as the big online vendors - a good deal! On another transaction, he gave me $1 below spot for the silver bar I presented to him - a full $4 more than a "big name" precious metals store offered me for the same bar a short time earlier! On top of all of this, the owner is friendly and willing to talk shop with you. I'd definitely do business with them again.

I voiced it was pricey although i was going to pay. The repair guy took the two watches For batteries to the rear. I was having a conversation witb the young lady about my watches and a place where ive taken my watches in tbe.past .that was less. The repair guy came out and gave me my watches, and said.take your watches to the store you use to go to, You've mentioned one time to many. I said i wasnt talking to you. He said i dont care. When someone gives me a price i just accept and move on. I then said i'm different from you and I have a right to my opinion ?? Well apparently not there, he thanked me and i left and told him that i will tell others about him and his ways. I took my watches someplace else and it was less expensive. Maybe he has heard that his location was pricey before, and he showed me, he was saying by his actions to take your cheap black ass business elsewhere, and keep your mouth shut in my store. I'm not an arrogant person nor was i talking to him. Well!!! He obviously didnt want my business, (his asst couldnt say anyting, but she nodded that the batterirs were expensive) .
