I decided on a ring design and handed over my mother's wedding ring and my gfs grandmother's engagement ring. Noah listened to what I wanted and he designed a perfect ring for my soon to be fiance. After the first rendering, we agreed that it was perfect. She said yes of course but I got the wrong size, slightly to big. Noah offered to remake the ring free of charge and even added more diamonds!!! I offered to take it to another jeweler who has worked on this ring before. The gentleman at Pritchetts said he would let me know..I never heard from him. I called him today being within the 4th week after dropping it off still not done..I went to pick it up to find he had shattered a ruby upon attempting to reset..and offered nothing for the shattered ruby which was not returned. Aggravated, I called the Mesquite store, only 20 more miles down the road, and after talking with 3 people, even though the website said they had the chairs in stock, no one could walk over and tell me for sure the chairs were on the floor! It's not rocket science! What everyone didn't know, I was going to buy 2 chairs. There was a 20% off sale that day. I feel like I wasted an afternoon and gas. Too mad to go back right now.
