I was not going to write a review for this place since it's not my go-to place, and I only came here for threading of my brow and upper lip, that's why I did not check in but sitting in my car and seeing the not good job Jasmine did, and tweezing all these hairs she missed myself, I had to. I got off of work early, and i work just down the street from this place. My zumba class did not start till 530, and I was in need of a threading, so I thought, why not. There were quite a bit of cars on the lot, but there was no one inside of Pritis. So the lady at the register, Jasmine, got me in right away. While she was threading, she made a comment about how I have thin eye brows and that they don't grow out a lot. I really dislike people who feel the need to make whatever comment they want, i dont care what kind of comment it is, especially if i dont know you and especially if I'm paying that person. She did a poor, sloppy job, and I couldn't see the job she did inside a dim place, but when I got outside, I did. I paid almost $20 for my threading. Thank goodness I did not tip her! read more

The shape they left my eyebrows was crazy I had to go home and fix them myself plus it was like $13 bucks just for a thread not from here but for me that was excessive as I can get a better job done for $3 where I'm from, wouldn't recommend tbh read more

Came in yesterday for my first threading experience. I didn't get the ladies name, but she was very warm and welcoming. She got to business and wow what a weird feeling. It didn't hurt as bad as I feared and looked great!! I'm used to being waxed and my face gets really red and irritated. None of that here. She was very concerned over my comfort and I appreciate that. Bakersfield is a bit far for me to travel for my hair removal needs, but I would recommend her to anyone in town. read more

I got my eyebrows threaded and she thinned them out. Didn't even give me a mirror to check after, one eyebrow was thicker then the other.

I came to to Priti Beauty Salon in wasco to get my eyebrows done haven't had them done in a while after someone messed mine up at the mall so had to grow them back out . I have been coming to Priti salón since she opened up years ago and got a new girl who didn't now how to do eyebrow threading and acted like it was my fault because it was my first time going and after telling her I've been going their for years and then she changed her story about it's her first time doing threading and she has prior complaints about her and I didn't noticed that 4 cuts until I stepped out the salon and I'm never going back again and keep looking for eyebrow threading places because this place sucks read more

I recently came here the day of my graduation and let her know multiple times that I wanted my eyebrows to stay the same shape and just a clean up and to keep them thick. I had just gotten them to the shape I like and she kept telling me that I have waited too long and my eyebrows are too grown out and I need a new shape. She has told me this the previous time I have came and I explain my eyebrows grow out quick and that this is only after two weeks. After she was finished one eyebrow was thin and had barely hair and the other was thick. She said she had to make an arch since my eyebrows were to straight and if I use makeup to fill them in they would be even. I should not have to put makeup on to make my eyebrows even when I am paying for this service! They never listen to what you like they always do what they want and at the end they do not care they just want your money. Never coming back here read more

Unsanitary! First of all. They use the same wax stick on you over and over. They don't change it or throw it out after they dip it in wax and use it on you. They dip it back in. That is a HUGE Hell! No! I had my armpits and legs waxed and they kept dipping the same stick back in the wax Eyebrow threading is alright. But the wax part is just horrible. read more

I've been to Priti's twice now. I wanted to try this place out two different times to see how it faired. Both times Priti did my eyebrows amazingly. I've been getting my eyebrows done for 10 years by various shops in and out of town. I love that Priti makes you feel like a person and not just a customer. She's friendly and does great work. Called ahead of time for PRITI to do my eyebrows. I specifically requested her after reading reviews about the other girls not being as good. I get there and priti is there and she tells me to take a seat. I take a seat and she tells her co worker to do my brows. I already know this isn't going to end well but I'm praying I'm wrong. I tell her i like my brows thick. Well she left them VERY thin and she kept insisting they were pretty, but they weren't. They were thin and shapeless. You cant run a salon and only have one good employee. Train them so you can all be great. read more

I've been coming to Priti Beauty Salon since 2016. I've never been disappointed till now. This new lady I've never seen before was the only one available. I didn't catch her name but I'm angry and upset. While she was doing my eyebrows she was in the most awkward position possible. Not only did she deformed my eyebrows she threaded part of my eyebrow so now it has a dip. She didn't take her time she just did it as fast as possible. The other lady started doing my moms eyebrows before me and they finished after me. She took her time and my mom is very satisfied with her eyebrows.They're uneven and I doubt Ill be coming back to her every again. Wish I could leave zero stars read more

Today is the first day I went to priti to get my eyebrows done cause I saw the sign saying eyebrow threading is only 7$! I am sooo happy I decided to try her out cause she is great!! Priti is super friendly and welcoming. She makes conversation with you and truly listens to what you want. She has a card that you get stamped Every time you go in and I think it's after 8 times you get a thread on the house! Not to mention you can get any and everything done there with beauty! Stopped by on a Sunday, just planning to peek in the window and check things out. Turned out they were open for business! Love that, since I work full time and have a difficult time squeezing these kinds of services into my busy schedule. Prices are extremely affordable and the quality of work was top notch. I had my eyebrows, lip and chin waxed and have no complaints. Will definitely go back to this salon. I wish they did manicures as well! read more

I would not recommend any of my friends and family here. I use to have my eyebrows done with Priti when she was still in Oildale. Since coming to the Oak location she had always done my eyebrows and the last 3 times she had another one of her workers do my eyebrows and she threaded them way too thin. Priti came over and tried to explain that it had to do with the top of my brows and that was why the shape was so thin. I have never been so embarrassed of my eyebrows. Then she still attempts to charge me "half price" when I'm completely dissatisfied with the work, I did pay $5. There was nothing I can do at this point but to let them grow out. She recommends using "purple onion" to help them grow, why should I have to do that when I am paying for a service to be done professionally and appropriately! I was dissatisfied with the way Priti handle the situation and did not take any accountability for the poor work of the people that she trained. I will not be back so be aware of who does your eyebrows here! read more

I've struggled finding a good eyebrow lady in bakersfield until i came across this salon 10/10

I really do like how the thread, they leave my brows looking great . The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because they have a terrible way of approaching clients to offer/sell their other services. I sat down in the chair next thing I know the tech is asking me "why do you have so much acne" , I was in shock because I'm here to get my brows done not be questioned about my skin problems. I politely told her I've had acne since I was a teen and I use prescription medication and I'm taking care of it. She then starts telling me about facials that will rid me of my acne and other services the entire time. I don't think she realizes that some people don't like talking about their acne or other skin problems. I've gone 3 times and each time each the same questions. read more

The first time i came was a couple months back and i liked how my brows came out but the second time i came i was not satisfied at alll i asked for a cleanup an to leave them thick, that's not what i got. I went to get my eyebrows done mrs priti was not in so I let the other girl do them but I didnt get the girls name but she messed up my nice shape I already had she took off way to much and cut me with the thread...She is rud, unprofessional and I feel like I got rug burn on my brows never in my life have I felt such pain.
