The digital wardrobe was an interesting concept, but I did not find it particularly useful in practice. Most of the items I purchased were ultimately returned or sold. There were also purchases I did not feel I had approved, and when I attempted to address these concerns, I did not receive a meaningful response. Because my concerns remained unresolved and not responded to (I had given a week), I cancelled our final meeting as it's awkward having someone ignore you then come to your home. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable continuing the working relationship. The fashion suggestions were very basic ie "where a cardigan with a dress" and not what would expect from a stylist, more like something at the mall.
