We received pricing and we booked for our initial treatment appt with their help for $400. On our initial treatment with Ashleye, they said they could not proceed with treatment and also gave double the price of $800 if we wanted to get it done. In summary: -our initial consult provided us misinformation of treatment and price. -we couldn't get treatment even though they told us we could. This is an inconvenience to us since we had to coordinate work schedules to make this appt work. -they didn't offer any discount or credit for the misinformation or inconvenience. It really takes a lot to do the first step to correct acne scars and it sucks that we got misinformation on treatment and pricing. We were looking forward to taking the first step to clearer skin but feel the lack on consistency between the workers means we are not getting the best service or treatment plans. It's like if you went to doctor and they scheduled you for surgery, then the day of your surgery they said they can not do it and said it would be double the price. The facility was beautiful and clean and the atmosphere felt gentle and relaxing. The receptionist was kind, checking in and choosing preferences only took a couple minutes, and while their membership was offered and the benefits explained very well I did not feel pressured to join. Definitely will rebook with Ashton the next time I talk myself into some self-care. It was worth the visit.

I was called twice asking if I was leaving a gratuity, even though I had already given Laura a cash tip. They then contacted my sister, who was on vacation and had purchased the gift card, to ask about the tip. This was uncomfortable and unnecessary. The front desk should communicate with the massage therapist first before contacting the customer or gift-card purchaser. Laura was great, but because of the poor customer service at the front desk, I will not be returning to this location.

Although I knew where the address was, I still got lost. I didn't realize that BellaMe was in a salon complex! It's next to Moneky Joes and the facility holds several independent beauty artists. Anyway, I found Ms. Tamika and she got to work on my eyebrows! I have super thick eyebrows that left unchecked, become furry caterpillars. But once done, they make my face! Ms. Tamika made my eyebrows look amazing!! I couldn't stop smiling at how good they looked! She took her time with angling, waxing, and trimming my eyebrows. Based on that information, she agreed to have it done. However, after the service was already completed, we were suddenly told we had to pay for it. If there had been a charge from the beginning, we could have made an informed decision. Instead, the price changed only after the service was finished, which felt misleading and unfair. Mistakes happen, but a business they should honor what they tell their customers, especially when the customer relied on that information before receiving the service. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling taken advantage of, and we won't be returning.

I chose this place over all the salons and spa places 'cuz I wanted to go somewhere that's all they do - wax body hair. I stopped in without an appt and was seen within 5 mins. The process was explained well and the technician, I can't remember her name, did a great job. There is some discomfort, they are ripping hair from your nose, but not like I imagined. I will definitely go back. My wife is so proud of me.
