This location looks very inviting. I typically go to the Nisha's salon on hwy90 but this one is much closer to my house so I decided to try it out. The first time I got my eyebrows done here, the lady made them very uneven and took too much hair out from one arch. She also went over my upper lip with wax twice in one area which caused my skin to come off. It left a scab for a few days. I decided to give this location one more chance and again, I was disappointed. I had the same lady do my eyebrows, which I guess wasn't the smartest decision on my part. I made sure to tell her not to thread out too much hair. Another worker eventually came over and had to take over for her to get my eyebrows to look even. They look great now. Like always, I got my upper lip waxed and the original worker did it. With waxing, I prefer salons to use disposable sticks to apply the wax for sanitation purposes but this one goes in straight with the tube. She dropped a pool of burning hot wax on my skin and quickly apologized after she saw me flinch. She cleaned it up and made sure I was okay and that it didn't hurt anymore. She finished the job and I walked out looking great but a little upset. I don't think I will be giving this location another chance. read more

Had a brazillian blowout... This humidity can make a girl with curly hair miserable... I was surprised how straight and smooth my hair was. The prices are very reasonable.. ( I know most think you have to over pay for quality).. I have tried many places ( including visible changes) for keratins and straighteners... Nishas will be my go to from now on! read more

Just a warning to anyone who chooses to go there, be sure to verify pricing for services. I went today and had her do some basic threading and when she rang me up, she rang me up for $30.... the board has the service listed for $20 very clearly, but apparently their advertised pricing isn't current. She eventually changed it to $25, as if it were a favor (umm no lady, that's still more than posted). She stated they changed prices but nowhere does it say that, nor do their listed prices align, which is just poor business practice. If the price listed isn't correct the very least they should do is inform customers prior. As for the service, it was unsanitary (they double dip their wax sticks... very unsanitary given you are dealing with people's skin and micro tears which means exchange of bodily fluid and bacteria is very likely). read more

What an AMAZING experience I had today! Came in just for threading and tinting and ended up getting my eyelashes permed AND my hair cut as well! I am truly lucky to have found this gem so close to my home. Madiha is amazing and so nice! She did all my eye lash and eye brow services and Ms Betty cut my hair and did a fabulous job!! This new salon is very clean and inviting. Madiha and her staff are very helpful and make you feel welcome. Madiha has been threading my eyebrows for a couple of years now. She has helped me reshape them, from the very thin eyebrows I had when I was waxing them. I just got my hair done with a Brazilian blowout and I am so excited that might otherwise unruly and frizzy hair is now smooth and silky. Purchased a Brazilian Blowout through a Groupon. I didn't have any trouble making the appointment - so that was nice. This is the second Brazilian Blowout that I have had (first from a different salon)- so I know how the results are SUPPOSED to be. I left there and when I woke up the next morning, my hair was smooth at the top but the bottom was just as wavy as it normally is. This was the NEXT day. I called in and told them that I didn't think the chemical was put in right. They had me come BACK in for correction. Still isn't right. I actually feel like me hair is more damaged and dry than it was before. I don't know if my treatment was due to me going through Groupon - but I wouldn't recommend. read more

Is there a zero star available?????? Cuz that's what this location needs. Walked in and it was not busy; I just wanted a shampoo and possible blow dry. I asked the lady the price which she quoted then I asked her what type of brushes they use for blow dries as I've had prior horrible experience. The stylist laughed and basically was being so defensive and explaining what they are taught in cosmetology school, ummmmmm just because you're taught in school a certain away doesn't mean this is a way you're going to apply it. Besides I've been in the beauty industry for ten years; anyways after that stupidness I figured I didn't have much of an option so I'll go with it and she straight up refuses to serve me and claims she is busy; she goes come later if u want...ummmmmm but u don't have anyone in your chair why will I come later....I just kinda looked at her and said I'm not Interested and walked away. Do not visit this location! This is my third horrible experience at this location. I ask for a normal eyebrow cleanup and each time, I leave with my eyebrows half their size! That's not a clean up! And whenever I ask the employees what happened they always respond with, your eyebrows were always this thin, as though I am an idiot! I know what my eyebrows look like, I look at myself every single day! Just have the common decency to apologize if you mess up. I am never returning to this location and I will also advice my friends and family to do the same. Very poor service, and horrible customer service. read more
