PRK was great from beginning to end!!! We'd been without air for a couple of days when we called them. They discussed the issues with us and then Angela explained the different options that we had so that we could weigh out which would work best for us. Angela was great! We ended up getting a new unit because they were able to give us an excellent price on the whole thing! I went to bed last night thinking that my house sure felt a little warm. I woke up this morning thinking my house was still pretty warm. I checked my vents and the air was running, but not cold. I called PRK Services and they were out on the same day to fix my issue (ITS EASTER FOR CRYING OUT LOUD)! I did not expect same day service on a holiday, much less the weekend. They were friendly, courteous, quick, and made sure to maintain good social distancing. They also had gloves and respirators on so that we could all remain safe. The tech came out the same day I called and quickly found the problem with a bad coil in my HVAC unit in the attic. The repair was more than I anticipated and required him to order the part, but they got it the next day and he was able to make the repair quickly. The tech was professional and informative. We thought we needed a new unit, but the only thing needed was to replace a part. Don't find many honest, trustworthy, and dependable companies out there anymore.
