She asked me to try them on in the fitting room and come out and let her take measurements. Once I came out to stand on the platform for her to take my measurements, her husband was out there. Once that was done I put my original pants back on and I realized that I wanted to have them tapered. She showed me where she would taper them on the actual pants without having me try them back on again. I stayed and chatted with them for about 5 more minutes because they were so nice to talk too.The pants were ready in 2 days and they were perfect! That's my new place to get alterations done and will definitely try them out as a dry cleaner.

The experience felt closer to a used car dealership than a Bespoke Tailor experience you see in movies. Nine weeks after being fitted I was texted to come in and try on my suit. It needed adjustments so it was another 4-5 weeks to pick up my suit. No text this time... I had to call and see if the suit was ready. The suit is nice but I'm struggling to view this purchase as worth the hassle. Honestly, I'd rather have four or five good suits off the rack than one suit for this price. I am likely to purchase another MTM suit but my next purchase will be at Guffey's or another option. HKT missed an opportunity here to capture my repeat business.

They had been working on the dress for 5 months, and had had 5 appointments, and were wholly unable to get even the hemline right. One place was unable to help as they just didn't have the time due to the extensive work needed. A friend recommended this place and we raced over. They looked at the previous work and told us the dress had been ruined by the previous attempts, but they could fix it. Hannah & Jamie were lifesavers!
