I called him today, (Thurs) & asked Bob if he got around to my quote & I told him if Pro Auto was too busy, to just say so & I'd go somewhere else. He quickly replied, "I tell you what, how about you go fuck yourself", & he hung up. I owned & operated a machine Shop for 15 years & I've been getting tows & bringing my vehicles to Pro Auto for mechanical repairs for the past 10 years & I didn't say anything to Bob to deserve to be insulted like that. My husband who was a mechanic in his younger days really liked and trusted them A few months ago he took his car in for an alignment and a replacement tire. (He's a rural mail carrier) Within weeks he needed all new tires including the new one! They check the alignment again and stated that it was within specs, though they did not give him the written specs. They charged him full price for tires that were inadequate for his job. Last Tuesday he had new snow tires put on so he can do his job and this morning his wheel fell off!!!!! He was late and might not be able to do his job. His car is damaged and he ended in a ditch!! This is the most irresponsible work I've ever seen or heard of!

By chance my daughter forwarded a Facebook review on Rodney Thomas. When I called he assured me he could do it and after referring to a tech guide told me what it would cost. We agreed on the amount an Rodney told me to bring the car in the next day. That was Saturday and he called me Monday afternoon to say the car was ready. Now Rodney did a lot more than we had discussed, he did a total evaluation of the vehicle. He checked all the brakes, packed the wheel bearings and replaced both headlights and all for $80 less than the original quote.
