(He's a rural mail carrier) Within weeks he needed all new tires including the new one! They check the alignment again and stated that it was within specs, though they did not give him the written specs. They charged him full price for tires that were inadequate for his job. Last Tuesday he had new snow tires put on so he can do his job and this morning his wheel fell off!!!!! He was late and might not be able to do his job. His car is damaged and he ended in a ditch!!
