I never received a call back which was very disappointing. I really was hoping to get help breaking my Aussie of a couple bad habits.

The last 4 times taking him, the groomer who is very familiar with my dog now is refusing to trim his nails stating "He gets aggressive and is not cooperative "....my dogs nails were so long , he was tripping constantly . The vet staff recommended putting him under anesthesia . I am so glad I found Kandies Pampered Pooch in Foley. I text with the groomer and offered for them to put a muzzle and a harness if necessary. She stated she does everything to avoid that. I made the appointment, The groomer walked out and scooped up my medium size dog who was not wanting to go inside the building and brought him back outside in less than 10 minutes with amazing short nails! She said "He was fine" ..."I allow my older dogs to lay on the ground while I clip there nails and he laid right there "...He was a happy dog and so is his owner! Highly recommend them for personalized and truly caring service. Goodbye VET!

when you walk in it's obvious the place has never been prove properly cleaned. meet with no smiles…read moreat all. dogs were in kennels half dried and shaking. there was a cat roaming around and the an stench of ammonia was very strong from all the cat pee. she charged me $10 more than she said she would. I've been all over America, you can look and see, and by far this was my worst experience. my dog was scratching and whining and ready to go. he never acts like that but maybe if they wouldn't have just dragged him to the back while he was leashed he would have had a better experience. his ears were still dirty and they didn't drive drimmel his nails like I asked.

I was referred to Pro Canine from a gentleman that had a service dog in Rural King and he stated…read morethat Pro Canine hadn't trained his dog but said that this was the place to get training for my 8 week old German Shepherd which I assume he knew the owner personally. Went to Pro Canine and paid my 175 dollars for 5 sessions and the first thing he asked was "Is this gonna be a family dog or protection dog?' I stated "Both!"......He said "That's impossible you can't have both!!" He then proceeds to tell me I need to leave her locked in the kennel continuously and only let her out on a leash to go to the bathroom and then lock her back in. Every dog I've had in my life has always been a loving family member and were all treated as such and what kind of life would my new dog have locked in a kennel continuously so needless to say I did not agree with this training technique. The rest of the first session was to show me some Command exercises. Was looking forward to the second session due to the progress I had with my pup from the training I had done through the week with her. Had a question about how do keep her from playing too rough with our 3 year old terrier and was told I had to keep them separated all the time so instead of an answer to fix the issue his answer was to keep them separated which is an impossible feat being in an apartment and am I supposed to keep them separated forever? When I said that was impossible and didn't agree with that the answer I received was to keep a leash on her the entire time even in the house. I thought that answer was hard to carry out also. I then went through the drills me and my pup had worked on and was told I was doing them all wrong even though that's how I was told to do it at the first training session. He demonstrated again and contradicted himself numerous times and I left the second session more confused than when I got there and that's when I decided to look elsewhere. This is the experience I had with doing business with Pro Canine....take from it what you will.
