Very good service. Took my Lexus LS 460 for trans fluid flush and change and alignment A couple of weeks went by and heard a clunking noise. To it back they check it and fixed the problem. Now I'm back today September 7th 2023 cause it's clunking again Only when turning at very slow speed. Oh by the they didn't charge me when they fixed the clunking the first time I bought it back. I can't find any other reviews online, so this will be the first. This shop specializes in Toyota/Lexus and other Japanese brands like Honda. We took our Honda Accord in to have some work done. It's hard to find a trustworthy and experienced mechanic, but I felt really comfortable dealing with Jeff (the owner) and George. They were professional. It's hard to deal with some customers these days, some are such a pain. I respect the professionalism and integrity of this shop. They also have a favorable grade from the BBB. If you do your research, they might not have the best prices around, but it makes you wonder why some other places are a lot cheaper (perhaps not experienced or not really doing all of the work). The jokers down at the Honda dealership started almost immediately with the sales tactics and it was unclear to me what they were including in their estimate. I felt like it was a game they were playing. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service I received, and I will return if I need to have other work done on my cars. Everything was clearly explained and everything was professional. The work was done in a timely manor, and so far (knock on wood) the car is running A LOT better than when we brought it in. I have been going to this shop for over 40 years even before Jim became the owner and never have I had a problem with their workmanship. I have tried other mechanics in the area because of family recommending them and they are no where as good and honest as Pro Care Auto. A friend recommended this shop and beyond pleased would be an understatement. I was so impressed by the professionalism on top of the reasonably priced oil change and windshield wipers I received. I originally took my truck there because it failed emissions. I was told what needed to be repaired and it was repaired. Three days later my check engine light comes on again but I was due back at the shop that Friday anyway for new drive belts. Well, they figured out one more thing they needed to fix, did not charge me for it, and they also cleaned my driver sider head light to match my passenger side and did not charge me for it. Tuesday morning, I get a call from Doug checking to make sure my check engine light hadn't come back on, which it hadn't and later that day I took my truck back to emissions and it passed. I am so happy this company is in my life now, I will never go anywhere else to get my Rhodie serviced, these guys are the best and they actually CARE! read more

The best auto repair service in the area by far. It is not even close unless you have a transmission (Whitcraft). Sometimes it is hard to get into whitcraft though. Also if you have a german car, that is not their specialty. Other than that come here. The guys in here work very hard to make you happy and really take care of their customers. They are not the cheapest in the neighborhood and there is a reason for that. One they do not use after market cheap parts and two they guarantee your stuff. How many mechanics do that? Jeff made sure my car was test drove on highway and non highway roads. The brakes have never felt better. Generally good people who work here and I HIGHLY recommend them. I didn't have another car or anyway to get there to get my car the day it was finished, so Jeff sent one of his guys to pick me up in my car! Granted I live 5 minutes away but it was very nice for them to do that. They also have a text messaging service which tells you when your car is complete. It is wonderful. read more
