The blower motor quit in my car. They were able to come out quickly and replace it very fast. Very fair pricing!!

really nice guys.. but the amount of time they're taking for oil changes is insane. I watched them…read morebring in a car that pulled up 10 mins after me... and I watched the guy next to me pull in and get finished before me. 40 minutes for an oil change is wild. I've been coming here for years, but I may find another shop that cares about time.

The worst experience! First I had an oil change on Monday March 16, 2026, one vehicle in front of…read moreme, got into a bay 15 minutes later and was in that bay for over 40 minutes for an oil change. Ok, clearly short staffed that happened. Next day loud noise that I attributed to the high winds so wasn't concerned. Then Wednesday noticed the loud noise even without wind then really loud grinding noise when I had my window down while moving. Stopped and looked under car and saw a huge piece of plastic hanging down dragging under the oil pan. Grandson removed the "skid plate" that had been ground down to half from dragging on the ground (he is a mechanic at a shop) He told me "you had your oil changed in the last few days, so someone just didnt get it connected correctly-take it back to them and they will make it right". Well that was NOT the. case, I took it back to them and when I thought they were looking at it-they were actually REINSTALLING the broken one with a ZIP tie and said "you are fine now". I pointed out that it's a broken part and you put it back on and thats supposed to be fixed, I would like to speak to the manager". He said "I am the manager, and these things happen from worn out connections and broken bolts it isnt from being serviced". This is a 2023 car, with 28k miles on it and since he was LOOKING at my records on his system and the car is in front him also-he can SEE THAT. I said "no this is a newer car-this started right after the oil was changed here and the skid plate needs to be replaced" Then the young man that put the broken part back on said "I put the two bolts that were left back in and zip tied the rest" ....... I asked him to open the door so I could leave and he tried to do that when the manager stopped the door so he could mansplain some more to me about how he will replace the skid plate after reviewing the cameras from last week and he would call me. Twenty minutes after I left, the zip tied skid plate was dragging on the ground again and grinding noise was loud and I called to inform them and made an official complaint. I was told they would do the skid plate, I pointed out that I was 20 minutes away now and not comfortable driving my car back home so now what? The "manager" didnt even bother to apologize. Fortunately there was a jiffy lube near where I was at that point that was happy to take the plate off for me. The zip ties were still closed, not broken, not sure what they were accomplishing. They just lost me, the fleet from my husband's business, my grandkids, and my neighbor and we had been going there since 2004 when it was originally owned by Castrol. Never again!
