I've had bad luck with detailing shops. Seems like many are incompetent, shady or both. Not only is All Pro Auto Detailing the best detail shop I've ever used but a model for any business that wants return customers. When I went in for a quote for ceramic coating, they listened to my concerns and I never felt rushed out pushed into worthless up-sells. The quote was in writing too. I didn't go back for a couple months but they remembered me and the quote was still good. I'm really leery leaving my car somewhere overnight but all the cars are kept inside, the shop is clean and well lit and I never got a bad vibe. I was even more impressed when I picked up the car. I was delayed at the airport but they waited for me for over an hour on a Friday night - super impressive when many businesses would say too bad come back on Monday. Even then, I wasn't rushed. None of that would matter if the car didn't look good but wow. I looked closely under the bright lights and the work is spotless. No high spots or blemishes of any kind. I didn't think the electric blue could be any brighter but it is. And deeper looking. And it feels great - yeah I know that's weird that I'm feeling up the car but over never felt anything so smooth and slick. No dust or residue in the cracks or around emblems. They took off the wheels and everything is spotless. Essentially it's perfect. They even touched up the interior even though I didn't mention it. Lastly, the bill was exactly the same as the quote - no lame add-ons or surprises. I'm not rich by any means and yes, the service is expensive but I don't recall ever getting so much value for my money, regardless the price. If I had more cars I'd take them all here without a second thought. If you are reading this and considering all the options, you can stop, I did your research for you. Not only is their work superlative, but Deangelo and his team have TOP NOTCH customer service. They take pride in what they do, and that's what you want in a time when the service industry is seriously lacking. I drove a little ways to get service because of the reviews, and it's no accident that they have so many 5 star ratings. I bought my first luxury car, GV70, with low miles and pre-owned... I thought I was getting a good deal, but by all accounts it was a loaner or something that the dealership beat up badly. It was covered in swirl marks and irrigation water stains. I expected they'd get a few swirls out and shine it up. But it's more like they had a Time Machine and made it look like it just came from the factory floor. 2016 Dodge Durango R/T I was amazed at the level of education and attention to detail this man has for cleaning cars! He's done his research, it clearly shows with how passionate he is. I recently purchased this vehicle and then drove it across country for a music festival. Let's just say it was an absolute hot mess afterwards! Deangelo had me feeling like I was pulling out of the show room again! Maybe even better! And still looking great after 2 weeks. Gave us a micro fiber rag and some smell good things as a little present. Little gestures like that go a long way. Top tier when it comes to being professional and communicating. Had several of our family cars ceramic waxed and detailed. Whoa...when it clicked these were my actual cars, I was speechless, they were breathtaking! I legit almost cried. Could not have been happier with my detail from ALL PRO MOBILE!!! I have 3 small children including a new born and my car was trashed!!! French fries and chips smashed into the floor and seats. Random Trash debris. Spilt drinks soaked into the carpet. My car was a wreck! But thanks to Deangelo and Sabrina my car now looks better then when I got it off the lot! They do amazing work. I asked for a paint correction on my black f150 and they took my paint from swirled to a mirror finish, they waxed it and treated faded plastic.
