My experience with this company was miserable.I wanted some dye to mark a polyester climbing rope.I sent an email to their tech support.I wanted to be absolutely sure that I was ordering the correct product.After some discussion I was told that "the disperse dye should work".So I placed the order.When it arrived,it was a powder.So I called in to their tech support.The person that I spoke to said it would require boiling and steaming with very hot steam or it would not work.We both agreed that exposing a climbing rope to high heat was not a good idea,after all,I am going to put my life on this rope.So then I called back to request a credit issue.They were completely impossible to deal with.I offered to forward the emails so they could see that their own lab person told me "it should work".They would not issue the credit and cover the shipping.I couldnt believe it,this was over $10.I was so furious.I thought that if I lived in the same town,I would take them to small claims court just to make a point. read more
