Im very satisfied with Rob's service. First, I requested a quote online and he quickly responded. He explained his process was not a deep cleaning or steam cleaning. He wrote this... "I actually do a dryer cleaning with cotton pads under a buffing machine. Because most spots are on the top 5% of the fibers. I don't want to use more water and solution than necessary, which can push dirt and cleaner down where the fibers are still brand new" I was intrigued by this method since I do not like the smell of damp carpet. Rob did a great job on our carpet! He is a very nice and accommodating guy. He initially came by when I was still asleep and waited for 10 minutes before he left. When I called he made no issue about coming already and came back right away. He was very nice about the misunderstanding. Once here, he began to work right away. I was amazed how thorough he was with vacuuming, spot treatments and the overall cleaning. He vacuumed twice! Before and after. For the time he took, the service he provided and the overall results was well worth the $145 he charged for 4 rooms, a hallway and living room. The cleaning took about 3.5 hours and the back rooms he started with were about dry when he was done with the living room. I can tell you the entrance to the door looks 90% better.
