Javier is responsive, fairly priced, and does quality work. I hired him to do a move out clean and received my full deposit back.

I had milk spilled on my carpet and didn't notice it until a week after when I noticed a foul smell, i had a mini fridge inside my room and didn't notice that milk from a gallon bottle tipped to the side (coz it doesnt fit) was leaking a bit. Moved the carpet and boom yellow foul smelling stain was there. I tried wiping it, putting baking soda, let it dry but nothing worked. The next day, my 2 year old son spilled coffee on another part of the room. So i finally called a carpet cleaner (not J&sons) to clean the whole carpet. He did it with a big machine that looks like the one you can rent in Home depot. Initially the odor/color was gone after he did it but the next day when it dried up the color went back up but the odor is gone! Thank God. He probably lifted all the residues down there. But i felt like his machine won't remove the stains. So I opted to find a different company and saw J & Sons, asked for a price for stain removal. Gave me a decent price. He did it for 3 days putting chemicals/deodorizer and steaming/vacuuming it and everything went away. Im so glad. Javier is very easy to reach, super nice and made sure to explain everything that's happening. 5 stars recommend!! read more

J&Sons Carpet cleaning did such an awesome jobs on my carpets. I am so excited how clean they turned out as they were so very dirty before. I was so happy they were even able to remove a slime stain from my daughters rug which I had thought was ruined forever. My carpet looks brand new again! I had scheduled my carpets to be cleaned by another cleaner. Decided to get the most out of the cleaning by moving as much as I could off the carpets including taking beds apart and moving mattresses the morning of the cleaning. The other person ended up hurting his back and not being able to come. I didn't find out though, until I contacted him half hour after he was supposed to arrive. In comes Javier! Desperate to find someone to clean the carpets so I didn't have to move everything back and forth, I called around. Javier was immediately responsive. Came over that same day to give us a quick quote which ended up being less than the original cleaner. Seeing that I was prepped and ready for the cleaning, he agreed to come in the very next morning to get the job done. His cleaning was incredibly thorough and relatively quick. He even saw a spot on our fabric headboard that he cleaned. I got a referral from my realtor saying that this guy does the whole house carpet cleaning for $130. So I called the owner asking if he can do it for me for $130 too and he said yes. After the job was done, he wrote me a bill for $260. His reasons were: the house was too big (1722 sf. total, but keitchen and bathroom got vinyl don't need cleaning), the carpet was dirty (so the $130 price was to clean clean carpet?) etc. But the problem is, he never said it before he starts cleaning. And there was no written estimate neither. I should have insisted that before he started. Well, I have leant my lesson. We settled for $200 after arguing. It was for a couple of hours work as I counted. Will stay away from this business. read more
