After that visit, I called the office to follow up and get pricing for the recommended services. I also called the manager, and he assured me he would be out within the next few days to take a look at my lawn and provide the pricing update I needed. However, it has now been almost three weeks, and I still haven't heard from him. I've called several times and left messages, but I have not received a return call. I was due for my next treatment in June, and it's now July. I still haven't heard from anyone. I'm not sure where the breakdown in communication occurred, but as a paying customer, I expected better service and follow-up. At no point was I rude or difficult--I simply had questions and concerns about my lawn and wanted to better understand the recommended services. Instead, I've been left without any updates or support. Because of this experience, I'll be looking for another lawn care company. I can't continue paying for services when I'm not receiving the level of communication and customer service I expect. I hope this feedback helps improve communication with future customers, because my experience with the Troy, Michigan location has been very disappointing.

Firewood arrived and just about all of the firewood looks like it was drug through a dirt pile. There is a lot of rotted and insect ate pieces.
