A review a long time coming! I was on a road trip with a group of friends to Nova Scotia and needed a rear tire in order to get back home in time.  Lisa in the parts department was able to find me a tire and get it installed the same day!  Does this fact mean that she will do it every time?  Well I don't think so, but she did take great care of my riding group. No less then 4 tires were installed.   A chain was installed. There were riders outfitted with waterproof bags replacing their broken luggage. Warm waiting room. Hot coffee. Great attitude and service from LISA. Did I mention that LISA was great?! I know we will stop by on our next trip and hopefully not under the same circumstances. Give ProCycle a try and Lisa a chance to outfit your motorcycle. read more

What a bizarre new location. It's like the middle of nowhere. Anyways, let's get to the meat and potatoes of my review. Pro is an excellent shop to get parts for just about any bike as soon as you need them. That being said, you can usually get better prices online for anything you need as long as you can wait. For example a Honda oil filter cost me $20 at pro cycle, and seven dollars online for the same part. I'll never go there for a safety inspection again either due to questionable "issues" like claiming my steering head bearings are wearing when they are perfect. There have been other things. Very expensive service. read more

Spent over $1500 on a issue with my jet kit which is what I was told. It was not my jet kit at all, it was my air intake. I had mentioned to the service manager and technician asking if it could be the air intake but I was told that wasn't the issue. After being lied to about getting a discount and being lied to about my bike being test driven after the work was done, I had to take off the new air intake in the Pro Cycle parking lot and put the old air intake back on, by myself, to fix the problem which I had thought was causing the issues from the start. Chris, in the service department, is nothing but a liar and the technicians there don't know how to fix a motorcycle. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will never bring anything to them again. They don't even deserve a 1 star rating. read more

Complete professionals to deal with from start to finish. The service department knew exactly what I needed and acted promptly. I had purchased a used motorcycle and had Pro Cycle pick up from sellers house and package into a crate. The cost was a very decent price. They just made it too easy for me! The motorcycle was shipped to the West Coast and Amber and Chris took photos and sent along the process to put my mind at ease that they were the best to handle the job! read more

What type of shop requires you to have two kickstands! I have a centrestand on my bike because I find it easier to work on my motorcycle. Pro cycle told me I need a side stand as well and failed my MVI when the legislature clearly states SIDE or CENTRE STAND! Very rude employees as well. This shop has gone way down hill. Customer service is gone I guess. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

We visited Pro Cycle today (myself and my husband) with the intent to look for and hopefully buy a side by side . We left the building feeling very neglected and ignored , there was to men employees sitting at their computers one talking to another customer two other employees a man and a woman standing not far where we were just talking to each other not even bothering to look around incase (heaven forbid someone may need help).After looking at sitting on and getting in their side by side ( I must say we were very close in fact just across from the desk where the two men were on the computers) we decided enough is enough if they don't care for our business we were leaving . The worst part of the experience was as we were leaving a man came in and went to the motorcycles next to the side by side that we were checking out the employee closest to where we were got up and went right over to him . NOT HAPPY AT ALL...WHO CAN EXPLAIN WHY THIS HAPPENED?By the way we are going elsewhere to buy our side by side!!!!! Just had a very bad experience at pro cycle. I was quoted a price for a 2020 rubicon by sales rep Ashton 10 minutes before closing on Friday June 5th and said I'll be back in the morning. I came back in the morning with my wife and while waiting to see Ashton he looked at me and said the owner Keith won't do the deal now. So when I finally got to see Ashton the price had went up by $280. So I ask to speak with the owner Keith. Now here's a owner that could use training in customer relations. He made me feel like I was the problem. I told him I've been a customer there for years which started in the old location on windmill road. What did he do, he took my name and went to a computer. He came back and first up the price by another $200 which is now $480 from the first quote. He then belittled me by saying I didn't do much business there in the last 3 years after looking me up in his database. He then threw covid in my face by saying it was hard on his business. Two weeks before that I went in to buy a part for my foreman and the parts person said they have been so busy during covid and that they're glad they see customers now because the phones never stop ringing and found it hard to keep up with the orders. So Keith, integrity is a key part of any good business owner. My wife and I witnessed Asthon,the sales rep, without a mask dealing with a customer without a mask less than two feet apart. Customers, I highly recommend you wear a mask when shopping in this store. Don't put the signage up if you don't abide by it. It's to bad for Honda because they do have a great product and I will buy a Honda atv, just not at this location. Keith, like I told you, you lost a customer for life. I highly recommend you take customer service training and work on your integrity as a Honda business owner. read more
