Their selection of…read moreaccessories (other than gear) is rather poor, they do not seem to respond to emails, staff seem fairly uninterested in customers, preferring to chat with each other, etc. They do have a good selection of new motorcycles in stock (Kawasaki, KTM, Yamaha) and also a few used ones. (In addition to motorcycles they also carry ATVs and snowmobiles.) But their customer service so far has been rather poor. The problem is that the other motorcycle stores in the HRM also seem to be less than stellar. So far I am happiest with the one on Windmill Road.

A review a long time coming!…read more I was on a road trip with a group of friends to Nova Scotia and needed a rear tire in order to get back home in time.  Lisa in the parts department was able to find me a tire and get it installed the same day!  Does this fact mean that she will do it every time?  Well I don't think so, but she did take great care of my riding group. No less then 4 tires were installed.   A chain was installed. There were riders outfitted with waterproof bags replacing their broken luggage. Warm waiting room. Hot coffee. Great attitude and service from LISA. Did I mention that LISA was great?! I know we will stop by on our next trip and hopefully not under the same circumstances. Give ProCycle a try and Lisa a chance to outfit your motorcycle.

I could go on about the shortcomings of the staff here, but it's just too frustrating. They very much have an I don't care, we'll get to it when we fell like it attitude. In fact, disappointingly, because these idiots are basically the only BRP dealers around, they're actually turning me off of BRP products, for the fear/concern of needing to deal with the service staff here.

Jeremy was extremely helpful and spoke to us at a level we could understand, and didn't talk down to us or use overly technical wording. Jeremy encouraged my son to sit on bikes, and genuinely shared his opinion on what my son would enjoy. Jeremy truly embodies the motorcylcing/dirt biking culture. We did not feel pressured to buy or bike, look at financing, or out of place/unwanted.

It may be his daughter, so I say with all due respect, she is a nice person and great in person, but not on the phone at all. Jeremy fixed my Ninja's engine last year, total rebuild (flawless work), & I just got a new computer shipped very fast. Overall the business is near perfect and very fair priced for top level mechanic work! But... But.... Avoid calling at all costs unless you get a gentleman or you'll likely have a bad experience as myself, a friend & 2 family members did. Hoping was just bad isolated moments she was outright rude & a generally piss poor TEEN daughter crap that shouldn't be near a business (that's so great). Sucks to see a great business being represented poorly. No disrespect to the people, they are learning, but gave wrong part numbers twice for my crown pinion shaft. They definitely hurt/lost business a few times already from myself & a friend of mine because of the way they were spoken to on the phone. Always deal with the MEN there. Some more time learning to speak politely to customers and fixing attitudes would warrant 5 stars from everyone imo.

We purchased 2 IGO Ebikes and within less than 400km both ebikes started making a loud strange…read more"clicking" noise. I contacted IGO who stated I needed to deal with the Ebike Centre. I contacted them and was informed they had no mechanic and the owner was on holidays for three weeks. No one called me even knowing my concern. After a few calls I was told to bring them in, which I did bring and the owner was a upset and asked why. He eventually agreed to look at them. After trying them out he agreed he heard the noise but said that there was nothing he could do. He said we were on our own to sort out our issue. He suggested we take them to another bike shop. I would say stay away from this dealer.
