So I ordered some Christmas stockings for my kids from Pottery Barn, but they couldn't embroider one of their names. Pottery Barn's limit is 9 characters and my sons name was 11 characters. I called their customer support and they said it couldn't be done b/c the machine couldn't do it. So one of my kids was getting left out for Christmas. I looked all over for options and found Pro Embroidery. I took both stockings in and asked if they could match the font and color. They said they could do it. They even showed me what it would look like and matched the color thread. It was supposed to take a day but I got a call saying it was done the same day. I went in and it matched perfectly: font, size and color. He did what Pottery Barn said they couldn't do. It was a fantastic job and I recommend it for anything you might need embroidered. read more

As a procrastinator, finding pro embroidery and Bruce last minute was definitely divine intervention. I needed three handkerchiefs embroidered as gifts and was told by three different stores that it could not be done due to the material being too thin. My only complaint is that my item was not ready when I came in for pick up. When it was finally ready they charged me less than originally stated which I appreciated since I had to come back twice. Bruce had the worse service. He was impossible to get hold of. I contracted him out to do my embroidery and he treated me awful. Maybe my orders were not large enough for him?? He would no longer ship any of my orders because it was a hassle. The only time I was able to get hold of him was when it was time to pay. He hounded me like a bill collector yet ignored me when I needed update on my in house products. Save self time and find another embroiderer. read more

Just had a wonderful experience at this local business! Walked in with a tiny job - just a name to be embroidered on my son's Christmas stocking - with my two young sons in tow. The gentleman who helped me (bummed that I didn't get his name) was extremely helpful and efficient. He was able to match a font for me almost exactly and completed the job in about ten minutes while we waited. He even let my three year use his restroom which any mom knows is a HUGE help when you're out and about trying to get things done.
