first thing first he charged me 600 $ for a catless down pipe install (catless dp was provided with new gaskets and hardware) instead of using the provided gasket they decided to weld a bunch of scrap metal together and weld it also i was told it would take 1-2 days it took them 4 days. they called me to the store on the 4th day claiming my car was ready so i pulled up my car was still on the lift and had to wait for him for an extra 1:50. We drove all the way to Auburn from Seattle early morning to drop the car off for them to put on a new muffler to the car. We were told they were short of staff and the car would be done the next day. The next day came, we called and they said it's not done and said it would be done the next day. The next day came, we called and they said the car is done. We drove down to the shop and the car wasn't even done. They said it would be done in about an hour. We went off to somewhere instead of waiting, we called the shop after an hour and they said it'd be done in 30 mins. We drove back to the shop and the car wasn't even near done. I appreciated they could get me in for an emergency fix. Had my exhaust finally fail and my pickup is my hunting rig. I needed it for the weekend. The 3 star is for the length of time. I was told several times that it would be 45 minutes. However, it was 5 hours. I was working through my lunch and then remotely on my laptop. Their promise of eta to get the job done and then the delay was disrespectful. Price for repair was great and the repair is holding up/looks above average. I personally have no idea what the tech was doing or why every time I peaked out in the shop there was no work being done. I didn't understand that aspect as I saw no one working and the tech just disappears. So just don't be in a hurry or make any plans. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. I made an appointment with them and told them I had to leave early from work so I wanted to make sure they would get me right in at 11 am. Of course when I got there I couldn't find anyone to help me. Then after hollering around looking for someone I heard someone from the back tell me to move my car so they could pull out an orange truck that was on the lift. Well that couldn't find the keys and when they went to look in the truck they bashed the door against the lift certainly damaging it and this is a super nice newer lifted truck with perfect paint. I should have known better as when I set up my appointment the guys came out from the back smelling like burnt pills and they were obviously high. I hope the guy that owns the truck reads this because I will definitely testify for them. read more

Shit job, first the price for a straight pipe and headers getting put on was way too much for the shit job they did messing up my mass air flow sensor and then one of the workers decided to weld my headers to my transmission and tighten the bolts to a ridiculous amount of force that not even a breaker bar can easily loosen up as well as basically giving me permanent headers I highly recommend going somewhere else so you don't get fucked over read more

I used to think this place was great.. but what sets a good shop apart from a great shop is what happens when they make a mistake. A good friend of mine recently had work done here and they (truly beats me), forgot to put oil in his motor.. long story short, he now has a blown motor- and although a tech there admitted to it, they are not taking liability for their BIG mistake.. Legal action is coming their way, but alas take my advice and stay far far away from this shop. I've worked in a lot of industries, and I know very well that a good business is one that strives to consistently provide great products and services, but also one that mans up for their mistakes.. Rob and co. Did everything he could to make me happy. He swapped out mufflers (3 diff. Brands) and never charged me for the extra labor or the use of the new mufflers that were now "used". All because i didnt like the tone. I know how much labor is involved in this work and know it takes more then an hour or 2 to do. So i was ready for a all day job. He got me out of there in about 4 or so hours. I've sent about 5 people there since and they have all been happy... Previous muffler shop encounters have been horrendous and always ended with shoddy work. I brought my Audi S4 here to initially get some mufflers swapped out which immediately surpassed my expectations due to the level of professionalism. A few weeks later I came back to get new exhaust tips installed and a new center resonated X pipe and the guys here made it fit and did phenomenal work. I have very high standards when it comes to my car and they definitely met them.
