The staff were very approachable, knew their product, and were willing to answer any questions. They wanted me to get the best deal I could get and let me know about upcoming sales that would likely be running. They also run text and email specials periodically. Everyone was very nice and there was no pressure in any way to buy anything. The other nice thing is that they have videos of all their fireworks so you know what you're getting. The cool setup at this store was they have a barcode scanner where you can scan the barcode on the firework and the video of what that firework does starts on their tv screen. It's great to have another quality place in Michigan to get good products at good prices. I'll be back again.

Brynn was working and she was SO helpful with showing us the gender reveal options and she played them on the tv for us to see. She offered to look at our results on my phone, help us to purchase the right box secretly and remove the packaging for us to keep it a secret. She was so nice and did a great job!! We didn't have any clue until those pink fireworks went off.
